{Help}I want to update rooted note 3 n9005 4.3 to 4.4 kitkat

I purchased a used note 3 that is rooted and its running on 4.3 jellybean.I want to upgrade it to 4.4 kitkat but obvious it can't be done through ota update as i am totally noob in these thing.please guide me how to do it i don't want to brick my phone using wrong firmwares.
I searched on forum and i found out that most of the roms cfws are for note 3 4.4 now.I haven't done anything like this before so please help this newbie out of this.

I need your support in downgrading from official Lolipop to Kitkat

Hello guys,
I have a note 3 n9005 model I decided to update my firmware with the recently released Polish lolipop firmware using odin and everything was great, after 3 days of use it appears that lollipop is a bit laggy and sometimes hangs for a while that's why I want downgrade to Kitkat, also i would like to mention that I have updated the bootloader while flashing by ticking the update bootloader button in odin.
Now what's the possibilities of using odin again to downgrade to official Kitkat using one package file?
If not possible what if I have flashed a separate bootloader file then used odin with official kitkat is that even possible ?
Furthermore, I was thinking about rooting my Lollipop then flash a custom recovery and then wipe data and cache to install a flashable custom Kitkat.
My request is that I need someone experienced to confirm with me on what should I do without risking bricking my N3, I'm going to die with it if it's bricked

Lolipop is rootable search the forum, and this not my question actually I'm asking what if i rooted it then installed a cwm based recovery to flash Kitkat, will this work or I'm risking for a brick or bootloop or any other problems?
If you have the right answer please answer it with prove, if not this thread is not for bored ppl that don't provide any fruitful feedback.

I have a problem everyone. I need to downgrade my s4 from lollipop to jellybean and i dont really know much about downgrades. I need a firmware link for the downgrade and i dont know if i should use ODIN.

I don't think you can downgrade from Lollipop to JellyBean, because you have the new bootloader. It don't allowes you to flash any Stock ROMs before 4.3.

There is a downgrade guide in the general section. But it only goes back to KitKat. Going further than that might be harder or impossible.

Golden eye is 5.0 lollipop and gold finger is 4.4.x kitkat made by the same developer. Yes you can flash the golden eye lollipop ROM from 4.4.4 given you're rooted and have safe strap recovery installed.
