Can anyone give me a link to download STOCK 4.2.1 Kernel ?

[Q] Sweep2Wake/Slide2Wake on 5.0.1. Stock ROM.

I used swipe2wake alot on cloudy G3 with dorimanx kernel on my D802. But unfortunately the ported 5.0.1 Stock ROM (which I am using now) is not supported by any custom Kernel.
I thought it might be possible to use swipe2sleep via an init.d script?
If anyone knows how I can use it with 5.0.1 stock, please tell me!

[Q] Flashing custom kernels

can someone plz tell me that if we can flash one custom kernel over other like xcelerate over thunderzap ? Is there any complication which can arise ? and finally which kernel supports OTA ?
