[Q] Sweep2Wake/Slide2Wake on 5.0.1. Stock ROM. - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I used swipe2wake alot on cloudy G3 with dorimanx kernel on my D802. But unfortunately the ported 5.0.1 Stock ROM (which I am using now) is not supported by any custom Kernel.
I thought it might be possible to use swipe2sleep via an init.d script?
If anyone knows how I can use it with 5.0.1 stock, please tell me!
Thanks in advanced

[Q] Kernel compatibility

Hi guys I have an LG D802, so I was wondering if I flashed a kernel that previously worked on jellybean onto kitkat will it work without any issues? From what i hear a kernel is phone/hardware specific and not android version specific. I would like your opinions on this before I do anything. Thanks

Stock rooted Lollipop D801 rom needed!

Greetings! I had my phone with the default lollipop firmware, i had it rooted and everything, but i decided to flash a custom rom. Now i wish i never tried the custom rom, because with stock rom and xposed you can get everything that a custom rom has, and it doesn't have any bugs. Can anyone please suggest a Stock rooted rom for D801 (T-Mobile) with lollipop, because i haven't found any good one yet. Thanks!
You can try cloudy 3.3 lollipop... It is awesome...fast and stable....there's also NDM 5.5 or IceX rom
