Has anyone tried using Kingo Root to root the Note3?
http://www.kingoapp.com/
Wondering if this triggers knox? Have not bought the device yet, and really not sure that i want after reading all this about knox!
It maybe be working, one of my friends just used it on his new Xperia Z1!
And a Galaxy Note 3 just appeared on their device list:

Hello everyone. Ive just bought s5 (csc btu). Is it normal that Samsung info from store is giving me charger counter (root required) even if I don't have root? On my note 3 says i need root to see charger and spen counter. Titanium backup says there is no root access.

Is it still possible to root Verizon Galaxy Note 3? I am no longer able to root my Verizon Note 2 because of 4.4.2. And I am thinking of getting a new phone because of it.
I like the large size. I watch a lot of videos. I like the S pen but could live without it.
I heard that Note 4 will be out soon. Does anyone know if there will be a root for that? Probably not out yet, but I thought I would ask
Thanks
Michael

Sir Bindy,
Do you know if https://towelroot.com/ is safe? I received "tr.apk is not commonly downloaded and could be dangerous".
Thanks for your continued support

It is safe. I just used it on a replacement Note 3 that I got and didn't have any issues. Most apk's you download will prompt that warning based on certain security settings in your browser.

Are there any roms you would recommend? Jasmine sounds great, but what is possible with a 4.4.2 note 3? Root but is that all?
I'm coming from a locked bootloader S3, never got to experience the joy of having custom Roms...

I recently got my note 3, and it is locked only at smart (philippines)
Now I want to root it so I can remove some bloatware and make it lighter,
Will rooting my phone, breaks or kill the s pen sensor and make the s pen unusable? I found this site how to root lollipop note 3 n9005
https://barzrul.com/tutorials/root-galaxy-note-3-sm-n9005-on-5-0-lollipop-778
Because that's what happend to my note 1 (SHV-E160S), the s-pen is unusable after root, and i don't want that to happen to my note 3, so please help

You said you have managed to root the Samsung Tab 4 SM-T337V correct? If so how on Earth did you do that. I've been looking for a answer on how to root this damn thing for a while now. Do you know how?

Hi rooted the T337Verizon some 5 years ago with some shady chinese software called king root. Don't know if it is still available though.
