My s4 active and my note 10.1 connects without a problem. But my note 3 always disconnects every min.
I have tried factory reset but still the problem is present. Anyone know how to fix this?

Every now and again it turns itself off I have to manually turn it back on, could this just be a software issue in the s4, happened for about 3 weeks now, it's nothing major just annoying.

Mostly a software issue try a complete reset
Or u can also try flashing a other firmware using odin and reset the device if 1st option does not work

Hi everyone,
I was going to ask the same question as well here,been home quite alot at the momment because of an illness.When everyone gets out of the house and I´m alone,I watch either a film or some episodes from any series using my Note 3.Been doing this the past few months without any problems what so ever until 2 days ago.At long last I got my KK update BUT since this update my Screen Mirroring DOES NOT WORK.My Note 3 finds the Samsung Cast Dongle but it just won´t make any Connection.Tried all sorts of things but without any success,has anyone else here problems since the KK update and Screen Mirroring using Samsungs Cast Dongle??

After looking around in the WWW I founded a patch that is availble in Google Play.Downloaded installed and made a new connection with my Cast Dongle and what happened.....IT WORKS.Maybe it will help others...and me.....time to watch a film

Same here I downloaded the patch and it said in "state" not needed and still no mirroring .... [email protected]$ you Samsung and your "who cares if one out of 1000 useless gimmick features does not work. They still have 999 left" attitude

Same Massage here, but anyhow.... after the patch and reboot screen mirroring works again.

Hi guys. after flashing omnirom on my nexus 5 i noticed that the same day i flash it, all worked well. After first reboot omnirom active display doesn't work as well as the first day. Someone had the same problem?

Same here. After a reboot it's working like a charm but few hours later is not so constant anymore. I use default remote software and smart remote, with both have the same problem.

Note 3 remote is working fine, maybe it's bug in Note 4 that will be solved soon.

After working properly that I made reset and- suddenly doesn't accept the country selection
Having the same issue here, never had an issue with my S4 but with this one is just a pain to be aiming the TV for a while to make it work.

Same problem here, anyone found a fix. Running 4.4.4
Not sure how this will work for others, but I've been using TouchSquid app from the Play Store now for a few months and it always works. You have to select 'Alternate IR Driver' in the settings. It's not the prettiest interface, but it works for me , I can control two TVs, my Squeezebox, Hi-Fi, DVD Recorder and even an IR light switch. I tried several other apps but couldn't get them to work consistently. Maybe I just got lucky :/

It happened before like 3 months ago. But the problem spontaneously resolved. However, this few days, it happens again. No problem when connecting to Lte. I never root my note 4. Anyone knows how to fix this? Google search but no answer

Did you try to Connect to Any other Wifi you mentioned, Check what happens than by Connecting anyother Wifi??
It happens to any wifi connection. New or old.

What you already Have Done To fix this issue?
Factory Reset?
Try To Clear the Dalvik Cache??
Maybe Some Apps which you Install Recently Causes issue?
Tried Another Rom which Don't Trip knox??
or
any other Steps you Did To solve the Problem inform about that so we Sort it out Accordingly...
