ICS updates problems

hey guys,
I just got my new samsung galaxy note,
the first thing after booting up the phone ask me to do was to update firmware (via wifi) which I did.
the next thing it ask me to do was to update to ics, I download the file again via wifi and whilst it was installing it got to 99% and just seem to be stuck there for the last 40mins!!
any suggestion on what to do next?

Do you have the watchdog app installed? If so, how about getting rid of it for a while?

[Q] Screen Rotation Doesn't Working Anymore

Today i installed Greenify app and suddenly i realized that my screen rotation doesnt work anymore. So i removed all recent apps that i installed, i reboot, i shut down phone. But none of them worked out. So i wiped data and cache and re-installed Android 4.4.2 to my Note 3. And rotation didn't work again either.
What can i do to fix it? I just bought this phone last week. And i was using it without any problem. Is there any fix?

S4 dead

So my s4 which was running multirom with touchwiz and cm rom suddenly switched off and went into a bootloop. I tried reflashing. Nothing happened. So I flashed original firmware through odin with and without the pit file. Both times it went into a bootloop I.e stuck at samsung logo. I took it to the Samsung showroom. They said there was no warranty. One of my friends said that the motherboard could have been fried.
Your thoughts? Any hope to revive this phone? Or do I have a 40k worth paperweight? (Actually it's too light for that also)

try to take out the battery for 2 minutes, then restart the phone into recovery do all wipes and restart again, it may help...good luck

Sorry for the late reply. I never thought anyone would. Anyway I've tried all that. Could it be a motherboard failure?

You flashed the wrong root for your Android version. Which version of Android is your Note running
