you meant that you flashed stock 4.3 and you can not downgrade to 4.2.2?

i guess you can not downgrade due to the 4.3 locked bootloader (like I9505 new firmwares)
did you try with odin 3.09?
Sadly it look l'ile you tôt the famous KNOX....you are not being autorhized to make modifications...
Bootloader us locked with récent firmwire on the 9505.It s the same for the 9500.
Me i have on problème on the rom Echoes.it had ben removed there us ni Knox despote the MJ5 modem
Are you flashing a ROM that matches your CSC? If not try that, I had the same problem, I flashed the stock firmware that came with my phone and it all worked out.

Hi,
It depends in what bootloader you have , Odin will not allow you to downgrade to a lower bootloader that the one you have ( stock rom)

That is because you have a newer bootloader......nothing you can do about it , sorry mate
just curious, when it's said that you can't downgrade the bootloader...presumably it means when downgrading to a lower version of android? because i tested the latest ngf1 firmware and updated bootloader and have since returned to fnb8 and phone info is now showing fnb8 bootloader again.
I wonder how each day has someone to open a new thread and ask this question

I have a I9500 and as far as i know is not possible to downgrade the bootloader.

to be fair, the search feature is pretty lousy :\
number of times i've wanted to find something on xda, use the forums' search function and it basically displays EVERY thread in the forum. It doesn't do a great job of actually narrowing down what you're looking for. But what I tend to do now is just use google and type XDA at the beginning of my search. e.g. these are the result for "philz recovery" in the search feature http://forum.xda-developers.com/search.php?searchid=288653448

Hi ,
Knox is trip so i guess you do not flash the "knox free bootloader" from 4.2.2 so in practice you only flash a modify stock rom......
You can remove KNOX with the removal script.

There's a downgrade bootloader available in the Note 3 Developer Discussion's KNOX thread. Go check that out. Look for the guy called RuchRa or something.

Just use the pit and then use any 4.3 firmware and it will downgrade greatly.
It give me the OTA Upgrade my galaxy s4 Google Play edition (I9505G) to 4.3, but it errors in the middle and restarts in to 4.2 system. Please Help.

I would settle for 4.3 instead of the 4.2.2 that I have.
The baseband Version is I9505GUEUAMFD
Build Number is JDQ39.I9505GUEUAMFD

Or just flahsed boot loader and modem ?

I found the firmware, but there is no download link.
sammobile.com looks to be updating their system so download don't appear to be available. You may have to try later.
Any particular reason you need 4.3?

Not really urgent, I want to download that software, just in case I want to downgrade my device.
If the phone is running a 4.4.2 bootloader or newer, I don't think you can downgrade.

You can downgrade the ROM to 4.3 but you can't downgrade the bootloader to 4.3. The 4.3 ROM would have to be a custom ROM, not stock.
