I cannot download the firmware.

I found the firmware, but there is no download link.
sammobile.com looks to be updating their system so download don't appear to be available. You may have to try later.
Any particular reason you need 4.3?

Not really urgent, I want to download that software, just in case I want to downgrade my device.
If the phone is running a 4.4.2 bootloader or newer, I don't think you can downgrade.

You can downgrade the ROM to 4.3 but you can't downgrade the bootloader to 4.3. The 4.3 ROM would have to be a custom ROM, not stock.

you cant go from 4.4.2 to 4.3 your going have to wait for you countries update to be released then download and flash again

Now I am using 4.3. The problem is that I don't know what was my stock firmware region/country if I download random region FW I don't get OTA updates...

I would settle for 4.3 instead of the 4.2.2 that I have.
The baseband Version is I9505GUEUAMFD
Build Number is JDQ39.I9505GUEUAMFD

There is no Odin flashable file of KitKat available. You have to root your device first then flash custom KitKat roms via custom recoveries.

There is no official 4.2.2.
The last official rom is a 4.3.
Search sammobile for you're last 4.3 rom.
Downloading from there than you can use odin.

Its safe when you follow the guide.
You can get a softbrick, do a full wipe when you finished flashing, than your phone wil start.
Notice that after flashing it can take up some time before it boots.

If you follow the steps from the OP than you are 99% safe.
Make a nandroid and a backup from your efs before flashing a kk rom.

what changes are they?
The only change I've noticed is that my Back soft button no longer works after the the GOK2 update. Not too happy about them hosing my phone OTA.
My bad. I have a i337m and hoped that there was a complete collection for the i337.
