Change the clock position in Display > Screen Display > Clock Position to top. That way, the text will move down.

Then you'll have to edit the layout files in twframework-res.apk or if the text is hard coded, you'll have to edit the relevant smali files to do it.

Hi guys i'm learnig to use photoshop so i'm making some clocks... i made this "Water&Metal" but i'm not able to put the numbers in the middle of the back of the clock...can someone help me ?
This is my second clock .... "Water&Metal" .... hope you would like
PS: Sorry for the ".DSstore" file in the .zip but i'm using a mac...and it's a system file that i can't delete using a mac

there are the images of manila files (and only the imafes) in the zip 'cause the clock isn't complete so i didn't post the manila files yet

What files have you changed?
try to change status_bar_item_background_normal
***EDIT***
Decompile your SystemUI.apk
open /res/layout/status_bar_latest_event.xml
Find the line with android:background
The value is the path of the image.
For example, the line is android:background="@android:drawable/status_bar_item_background"
It's either in the framework-res/res/drawable
or framework-res/res/drawable-ldpi
If you've found it in the drawable folder, open the xml file, the values are the path to the actual .png image
