try again later after using house of moto, and connecting back to my google account, anyone else getting this error when trying to update to kitkat, i mean last night i d/l it but it failed because of root?

I'm having the EXACT same issue. KitKat update was failing on my Razr M so I used House of Moto to restore back to factory 4.1.2. Now when I click "system updates" all I get is the error "Check for Update is not available at this time. Try again later."
Someone help.

I called motorola support and gave them my IMEI and they said it was because I previously rooted that I wasn't getting the update and was getting the "update not available". I don't really believe that to be honest. They insisted it had nothing to do with their servers.

Very late but if anybody still having this issue..
I was getting the same error, so I just rebooted the phone and when it powered up OTA download started automatically..
My phone decided to take the OTA update today .. and when it rebooted, it goes straight to recovery. I am not able to get to the bootloader. Nor can I get into download mode etc.
I don't have TWRP and I tried sideloading it but received a status 7 error due to a loki error. I am not able to get ADB working, I am getting a device unauthorized error ... I am able to get sideload up and running ...
Can someone .. pretty please help me on getting my phone back up and running I have baby pictures and such I don't want to lose Such a bad lesson on my part ..

So i rooted my 4.4.4 verizon s5 and unlocked it using towelroot. I then installed alliance rom on and it and flashed the model. However, it doens't show in app drawer. I didn't notice it was 4.4.2 till after i finished. My phone still works, but i always get an error that says" unfortunately, context service has stopped" and the health one. How do i fix this problem? Should i just factory reset?

I've been trying to update to lollipop via Kies3 for an hour or so now and i keep getting a "cannot access the model information server" error message before the update can begin. After googling the error i have disabled my firewall, tried without SD card, Sim and even tried it in safe mode with networking! Has anyone had the same issue when trying to update and if so how did you fix it?

I'm having exactly the same issue.
I'm guessing it may be due to a large number of people trying to download lollipop at once?

I just used odin 3.07, It took 10 mins. wish I had tried that 3 hours ago

I got the same message until I disabled Norton Firewall and Antivirus... then it proceeded to the download... it is slow though...
Im using a samasung galaxy s5. Ive tried making in app purchases but it keeps failing, the pop up message i get is "Transaction failed (code: fffffc13)" can any one please help me ive used google to solve this but cant find anything. I can purchase stuff from the play store i just can through the appm any suggestions.
