AT&T note 3 debloat or reflash? - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I just picked up an AT&T Note 3 this morning would like to remove as many bloatware as possible. Is it possible to reflash with a barebone Samsung stock firmware without affect the Knox void status? Is there any tutorial on how to do this?
Say I purchased an unlock code online and had my device unlocked. Will a reflash sim lock the device again?
Many thanks in advance.

Galaxy note 3 t mobile n900t

Hi, I bought an unlocked the mobile note 3, rooted with the 4.4.2 and I want to get lollipop. So I downloaded the latest release for n900t from sammobile to install with Odin but I have a question. If I upgrade in this way I'll lost the free sim unlocked? Sorry if is it a stupid question
When unlocking a phone, there are usually two separate things this can mean; either an unlocked bootloader or an unlocked SIM. Both are unlocked (via software/code) on a hardware level, if I'm not mistaken, as I've heard of folks unlocking their SIMs and flashing all sorts of ROMs with no issues. If it's all the same, unless you're flashing to a firmware that's not downgrade-able, you can also make a full backup, in case it turns out that the flash *does* re-lock it; That way, you can always revert back to your backup.

Flash G900I Stock Rom to G900T S5

My mum went to the US and Mexico from Australia last year for my brother's wedding and a holiday. She bought an unlocked T-Mobile Galaxy S5 and prepaid T-Mobile SIM to use over there.
However now she's back in Australia there are a few issues with the phone such as the T-Mobile bloatware and US defaults on the phone.
I thought it might be possible to flash an Australian variant of the stock firmware from the SM-G900I and searched for instructions and thought I'd figured out how to do it with Odin only to get a Secure Check Fail: aboot error message.
Some research I've done suggests the problem is with the baseband of the firmware I found:
G900IDVU1CQB1_G900IXSA1CQB1_G900IDVU1CQB1_HOME.tar.md5
Apparently the baseband of my mum's phone is: G900TUVU1GQC2
I was hoping to flash an alternative stock rom without rooting the phone and tripping Knox since it's still within warranty.
Any help/tips much appreciated.
First of all you should never flash different software on to phones they don't belong to it would more likely brick it bt if your phone is TMobile you can easily not root it by going into the developer setting and hitting oem unlock so that unlocks the bootloaders from there you can you can use odin to flash TWRP (a custom recovery) and then easily root it and then flash debloat scripts made from devs on this website to get rid of bloatware

Will my note 3 be sim locked again?

I have a note 3 with stock lollipop rom model n900w8 which is the canadian note 3 version. I just want to know if it will be sim locked again if I installed a custom rom like magma or darklord?
PS. I don't know if it was sim locked before, I just got it sim unlocked already.
Additional question: can I just go back to stock kitkat from stock lollipop without rooting?
How was it sim unlocked? With an unlock code, the phone should be permanently unlocked regardless of flashing a custom ROM or upgrading bootloaders and modems.

Most likely it will never re-lock itself
Every phone that I got from a carrier and subsequently unlocked via code, including the n900w8, or a free method (i.e. Samsung note 2, s3, s4) has never relocked after flashing a stock or custom ROM.

New to Samsung Phones

Hi all
Just picked this phone up and have 1 quick question.
First Samsung and I want to unlock the bootloader and install TWRP.
When submitting the IMEI, carrier, etc for unlocking carrier does this
unlock the bootloader and trip Knox as well.
Thanks
