[Q] Spots below the camera glass cover Note 3 N9005 - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Can anyone notice there are some spots below the lens glass cover of the Note 3 ?
its about 12 dots. they don't look like dust but similar to a fingerprint ..
I don't have another camera to take a picture of it .. actually i doubt it will appear in a picture.
my pictures are very sharp though and don't seem to be affected by that.
will post a picture if i could .

lens flare

Does your lg g6 also has lens flare when taking a photo of a light?how to get rid of it?
This bugs me as well
I had to replace the camera glass when I got my used G6 (it was so scratched photos were washed out)
The replacement glass isn't perfectly flush with the phone, so I think the light hitting the edge of the glass is causing it, at least for me
That's too vague.... In auto mode you'll get glare on ALL LED lights but what can you use for example and I'll test with mine so we can compare

Nexus 6P Camera blot problem

I am attaching a sample photo taken from my Nexus 6P's back camera. ALL photos have these dots or blots on them.
I have removed the back casing and cleaned the lens a couple of times with cleaning fluid. But, still these dots are always there. Does anyone know how to clean the inside of the back camera lens? or do these look like non-cleanable things. How to fix?
Here is a sample image to see what I am talking about: https://imgur.com/a/5KjfGsJ
(Ever since battery replacement, I decided not to put the camera covering glass on top and instead have a Spigen case. The camera covering glass on top of the Nexus 6P seems to break everytime I have to open it, so I decided not to have it.)

Dust in my Front and Rear Camera Lenses

Hi guys, so I have a Galaxy S10+ for like 2 months now and the problem is that I have these little visible specks on the front and rear camera covers of the phone. They don't interfere with the quality of the images taken but it bothers me because I thought that the phone was supposed to be IP68 water and dust resistant. Can the phone still be returned to where I bought it? And is it still under warranty?
I live in the Philippines and I got the Prism Green version.

The question I'd be asking myself is, would I want some tech tearing apart my device to remove dust or not. Not unless they will swap it out for another unit.

My S8 had dust in front and rear camera lens as well but only after servicing.. two times repaired.. first time it had fingerprint mark on rear camera glass and dust specks on both front and rear camera glass. Second time they cleaned the fingerprint mark but still the dust speck was there when they returned it to me. Also, there was adhesive sticky sounds coming from my s8 when I pressed it on right side. They said it is not possible for them to create a factory like scenario to do a supertight sealing under vaccum and dustfree conditions but ensured that my phone will stay dustproof and waterproof after repair.
My iPhone X came out of the box with scratches and scuffs on the metal frame + dust specks inside both rear and front glass.
My s10+ luckily didnt had any dust specks inside either of the camera glass but had a minor scratch on the backside (seemed to be due to dust) inside the box or during manufacturing. They didnt had any return or refund policy so had to accept it.

Glass Screen Protector for Camera

Hi,
i have a short question concerning your experiences with glass screen protectors for the camera.
I bought one and applied it before i could really test the camera. (Due to the fact the camera, with most covers is really close touching the ground when laying it down on the back) After a few photos in the last days, my phone seem to have a problem with the tele camera and the normal one.
The tele camera seems to have problems getting the color right (see attached photos, one from the normal, one form the tele camera)...
... and the normal Camera has Problems with brightness and gets very unsharp from the center to the edges (see photo of the vodafone card).
This happens with OnePlus Camera App the same as with Gcam.
So i wanted to know if you're also facing these problems, wit hor without a glass protector.
Thanks in advance and greetings.
Martin
