Hi, anyone else that has noticed that the link for Facebook has disapeared from the sittings in My magazine.... It was there when i first started using the Note 3 and then suddenly i couldn´t find facebook at all in the settings for my magazine.... Anyone knows how to solve this or change which app to launch when swipeing up or maybee disable that function all together.....

Yes, exactly what the hell.... funny thing is that the facebook option was there from the begining and then just *poff* it was gone. Anyone with idees on how to add facebook och maybee launch feedly or flipboard insted

I just got my note 3..the fb was not in the sosial in my magazine from beginning i got my note 3..i was wonder and browse around to find if there is a way to put the fb to sosial..so from this thread i know i was there at 1st n now not anymore..really heardbreak.. cause fb is my main sosial intertainment media...

That's weird (and disconcerting) since in the consultant guide, the pages dealing with My magazine clearly have FB in the social options page.

Same problem here....
Having a combined simple overview of Facebook, linked-In and relevant news is great... But without Facebook it sucks...!!
The way it works in HTC's blinkfeed is excellent, was hoping for a similar feature with "My Magazine" on the Note 3 and it could have been if it had proper facebook support!!
Really hope they will fix this and that they haven't pulled it to give biased support for Google+

obviously we have to wait till a dev builds a proper rom
i just restored my phone because i messed up something playing in the framework..Anyways I'm restoring my phone and setting it all back up and facebook is back in the list in My Magazine..I set it up and can confirm it's in my feed
Well that didn't last long..Facebook disappeared again from social feed and not even an option to set it back up..I guess this is a bug?

Trying to update my one star review of the Facebook app to 2 stars, and every time it says "can't add review". Also it shows me as a "google user" instead of my Google plus name, seems apps I used before and wrote a review for have this issue. Anyone know how to fix it?

I don't know if it is related, but I tried writing my first review yesterday (it was from my phone), and a message came up requiring me to set up Google+ in order to write it. I have enough apps spying on me to add another one just to write a review......so I said the hell with it.
Yeah It's stupid it requires a membership to a social network to write reviews

Apparently I too have the same issue.
I see that only with the Facebook app we have this issue. With other apps its okay, I can update my own review.
So what did I do?
I logged into Google play from my PC and after signing in, I was able to delete my old review there. I added my new review back again from mobile.

Lol facebook is bitter, been making such a crap app for long the developers can't take the one star reviews anymore. Yeah I figured that out planned to update my findings in here but forgot. Thanks for sharing though

I think I figured out the issue! Beta testing. I'm a beta tester for Facebook, action launcher, and sliding messenger pro. None of the above can I write a review for, at least not from my device, I can from a pc. Guess it makes sense, Google doesn't want people complaining about beta features on reviews

Is this your first Android tablet? To resize your ezpdf widget press and hold down for a couple seconds, then choose Resize.

Noob questions thread
I think this should be re-named NOOB Questions Thread, but being new to Samsung and stylus input (I've only used the wife's Nexus a bit before, and my office is still on blackberry) the simple Qs, and patience of users to answer them, have been helpful. I was definitely getting frustrated with my magazines, because that upward swish should have been opening Google search. I'll be killing magazines and see how that goes. To me, magazines belong int he google play store.
I would sure appreciate a google experience version of the 10.1. Samsung offering their pen add-ons as apps rather than a modified OS would be an improvement. But I'm quite happy so far, and the help on this and similar threads is most appreciated.

If you use ezPDF and make a sticky note on the PDF, the size of the icon of the sticky note is so small!! I wanted to see if we could make that bigger, but I don't think there's is a way...
Thanks on the freeze/stop advice, but it looks like root is required to remove entirely. I keep triggering the silly MyMag screen when I really want google search which is what I expect an upward swipe from home will give me.
^ you can also move your google search widget somewhere in the middle...but really, it's annoying when I hit the home button it switches to my magazine

Figured it out........
Hit overflow menu, then press print, then save to PDF, then choose Drive. Too many steps, but that is how you get there.

I don't even have the official Facebook application installed because it ALWAYS does this. Consider using Tinfoil For Facebook, more secure and doesn't eat resources.
