Hi,
I know you do not want to root, but it may be the only way you will be able to add another language.

You don't have to root.
It depends on the ROM you are running.
That ROM looks like it is one for the Hong Kong / Indonesia region...
Find a UBUAMDK ROM
It is not as updated as the AME1 ROM but it will have the language you seek.
Typically always look for roms close to your region.
ROMS with the UBU code seems to be closes to what you need.
One way of doing it would be with rooting, and unlocking all the languages, etc. But if I'm not mistaken, you can also do it by flashing a stock ROM intended for a Spanish speaking country or even any stock ROM that has Spanish language option. For example I use the ROM for UAE (I9500XXUAMDK) and within the language options there are two Spanish options; Espanol (Espana) & Espanol (Estdos Unidos). Of course you should check that the ROM is for your exact model whether it's GT-I9500 or GT-I9505.

Personally I wouldn't searched for LG Tag+, 3rd party apps have more features than it.
Hello, I have a cell phone lg Optimus L7 II P710, 155 with firmware OREORANGE V10FLGP710 SPAIN, I tried different ways of be root but without success, first with framaroot and then Chinese application as explained in this post the tecnogeek.
Please I hope you can help me, sorry for my English is very bad.
Thank you very much and best regards.
Try to replace your firmware with 10I. On other verions like F, A, B framaroot might not work.

Go into /system/app, find LGquickRemote.apk and rename it to LGquickRemote.bak. (or uninstall it. I prefer renaming it so if something goes wrong you can restore.)
Then, reboot into recovery and flash the v8 Quick Remote zip in this thread.
That should work.
EDIT: APK is called LGquickremote.apk I think.
Had to delete lgremote.odex also to get it to work or else I got force close .
Thank you very much
