Anyone using this? It locates my phone, tells me to visit Google settings, check the boxes and then I have the options to lock and erase. I've done all that and I just have the ring button available. It works. I can make it ring. Anyone know how to get the erase options to work?
Have it send a notification to your phone. When you click on the notification, you should see a checkbox or two that needs to be checked. Check whatever isn't checked on that page, since that is what gives ADM the admin access it needs on your device.

In the phone-tools-options-Services menu, I can set various network services. When I select Call Forwarding, there are three options: Forward when unavailable, when busy and when no answer. I want the when busy option unchecked, because I want to use the second line coming in, even when I am on the phone and want to be able to switch between conversations. Unfortunately, everytime I uncheck the box, send the new settings to my operator and then ask for the settings again, the box is checked again. ANyone know how to correct this? Or is it ok when the box is checked? I really need to be able to switch between calls!
on my orbit 2 when i partly entered a contact i was given a list of potential matches.
on the touch hd i have to click on the check names option in the menu.
is there a switch or option to enable this as its very annoying...
the only thing i dont have is the iconact program....
any ideas are welcome.
With the recent OS releases for the Epic, we've lost functionality to auto-reject calls or send them straight to voicemail. I searched here, but didn't find much. With all the "political survey" calls I've been getting lately, I figured there's got to be some way to do this, and for free.
There is.
First, you'll need "Any Cut" from the market. Create a "new shortcut" and then select "activity". Look for an activity called "call settings". Most likely there'll be two. The first one worked on my phone, I had to pick the second on my wife's phone, so this is a bit of a trial and error process. The one you want, when clicked, will give you a screen that has "All Calls" at the top.
For whatever reason, this is the menu that's hidden in the OS. It's there, but you just can't get to it...or at least I didn't find a way. At any rate, click on "all calls" and look for the "auto reject" selection, which is the second one. You'll have to click on "enable auto reject". Then you can start entering numbers into the "auto reject list". Hit the menu button to add numbers. The format for the numbers doesn't contain dashes, so for 123-456-7890, you'd enter 1234567890.
So, now when a number calls you, your device won't ring, you'll get a momentary dialog box that tells you a call was auto-rejected and they get sent straight to voicemail.
Enjoy!

For those who don't use google voice, this is great! Thanks!
I use mr number in play store. Its free and easy to setup. You can also set to block text.
If you don't want to install Mr. Number due to bloat of that particular app, then you can try the below paid app if rooted.

You can also achieve the same thing by logging into your account on Sprint website.
Go to "My preferences" tab and on the bottom in the section "Limits and permissions" you'll find Block Voice, Block Texts etc.

This is what I did when I got sick of my cable co.'s sales calls. It works well. That's a relief too because when I tried this feature before (on a different rom/radio, maybe that affected it?) it wouldn't allow any calls in or out while on roaming when used. But now it's fine.
Hello. I got a nexus 4 2 weeks ago and after installing apps like skype and whatsapp and other things I sometimes get asked which app I would like to do a certain action. For example, if i go into contacts and press the message icon it asks if i want to use whatsapp, SMS, or skype.
Now, it did this for calls too, it asked me to choose between skype or regular phone, and I chose "always use" for regular phone. However, now I've changed my mind.
My question is, if you select "always use", is it possible to change the settings and let you choose which app you would like to do the action with? In this case I want to be able to choose between using skype or regular phone when I go into contacts and press on a number.
*Edit: I have tried deleting data and cache of skype, but no luck. pressing a number in my contacts still doesn't ask me to choose between skype or regular phone.
Edit 2: OK I found out thanks to a friend that i should clear defaults in phone. i got it now. This thread can be deleted, or locked for anyone else with similar issues.
Yes, go into Settings - Apps - All then click Phone and Contacts and all the ones you selected and then click clear cache and it will ask you again.
Sorry, not 'Clear Cache' its "Clear Defaults"
Settings>>App>>Click top right>>Reset App Preferences
When someone is calling i can only hear ringtone but i get nothing on screen.
I flashed Incallui multiple times, but i still can't see anything when someone is calling me, only ringtone.
When i try to call someone i get call not sent
Recently i hardly debloated my phone, could that be it?
I still have incallui in place where it should be, so what could this be?
I have the same problem and it solved some minutes ago. It is because of "notification of phone app" that was blocked by some unknown reason.
U can change it in settings > apps > on the menu select "show system apps" > phone > notification.
Hope work for you too.
Thanks
Open Kids Mode and see if there is an update pending. Update kids mode and restart the phone. Issue will be resolved.
Good Luck
