The link leads to a guide on how to do it, why dont you follow the instructions? If you can't I am 99% sure it's an included option on the pac roms

But this is exactly what "Internet Speed Meter" does, why do you not want to use it?
You can simply use the xposed framework along with xblast tools. Xblast tools has the option to display the data traffic speed as data is used. I think that's what you're looking for.
Yup, I just checked your links. Xblast tools does the same thing. So just download and install xposed framework and then download and install xblast tools. Open xblast tools and tap status bar and check show network speed indicator.
You can find many guides on how to setup xposed framework. And how to install modules such as xblast tools.

I know this has been asked before, but i never found any answer. I am rooted, but completely stock with ClockworkMod 6.0.3.2. I got this phone last week and s health has never worked for me. I tried clearing data, but i got to the setup and after that it is back to square one. I am really interested in using this feature, but i cant use it.

You're not alone
Picked up my S4 on the 10th and had to return it for the same reason that the app force closes upon startup. Tried to cure the issue with firmware reinstall using KIES. Same result and the Samsung transfer app does the same thing. Spent many hours with level 2 &3 tech support at both the Carrier and Mfg. They both finally admitted that the official software is flawed and a new version is coming "soon".. Great price at AT&T I have a second device that freezes and the apps force close. I'm going back to my Note until they fix the issue.

I know that happened when I had all apps in multi Window hack. Never had that problem stock though. Did you have problems before rooting?

My s health has always worked even after rooting but also wanted to let you know that the s health app was updated a while back through the Samsung apps store. There was one update since launch but not sure if that'll fix it if you log in and update?

Yes the multi Window hack messes up s-health. Disable/uninstall the hack and it will work. You can use Nottach's xposed app to get unlimited multi Window or this app ftom play store.

SOLUTION
i figured it out now, thanks. you have to...
make sure you have the most recent S-Health app from Samsung Hub/Apps
install nottach xposed system
install the multiwindow module
install the multiwindow app from app store
add/remove apps from multiwindow (make adjustments to what you will/wont use)
disable multiwindow module in nottach xposed modules section
reboot
:good:
S-Health working with Goldeneye 1.3 ROM, Ktoonsez kernel, Multiwindow mod working, and much more. My phone is now 100% functional, BLAZING fast, and i am done modding it.
IDK
How do I install the nottach xposed system?
and where do i find the multiwindow module?
Thank You

Nottach mod will also cause the s health to crash. I had that problem on shostock and shoman94 helped me to resolve the issue. Nottach was the culprit. Uninstalled and everything works great now. The multi window manager app in the play store seems to work without any issues. Hope this helps.

you are correct in saying multi Window manager app works. Nottach's does also. I checked myself. I flashed the crap pack for wanam to get s-health and am using s-health and nottach's app with multi Window hack fine. I believe you just can't select s-health to be in the multi Window bar.

Sweet. So this lets u add other apps for multi window.? How did u install it.?
Sent from my SM-T311
Yes it does, installation begins with xposed framework. You can find it here on xda, use the search. After you installed and activated you can download additional modules, the one you want is wanams. Goodluck
Sent from my SM-T310 using xda app-developers app
Edit: add you need to be rooted. I used the twrp guide found on our tab3 forum here on xda.
Done.. looks gr8 xactly wat I was looking for..

Hey XDA members !!
I've searched ALL over and can't find how (or if possible) to add the native Mobile Hotspot to the toggle tray drop down??
The toggles in the app store I am familiar with, and I use "HotSpot Toggle", but I'd like it in the Notification / Toggle dropdown drawers ???
Anyone achieve this ??
Thanks
PS: Stock ROM, no Root, no custom recovery.....
Thanks!!!
If I recall, Beans 4 had it in the toggle menu.
I just flashed B5, and it's not there since I think the JE update broke the work around. If you're on I9 or J7, you can flash beanstown106's B4 ROM and have what you're looking for
Thanks! I'll check B4 out with some research then.... I just went back to stock and was looking for a stock solution, but I can flash again if that is the only way.
I'm just very dependent on the drop down drawer!!
.edit.
