[Q] S Health Crashes

I know this has been asked before, but i never found any answer. I am rooted, but completely stock with ClockworkMod 6.0.3.2. I got this phone last week and s health has never worked for me. I tried clearing data, but i got to the setup and after that it is back to square one. I am really interested in using this feature, but i cant use it.

You're not alone
Picked up my S4 on the 10th and had to return it for the same reason that the app force closes upon startup. Tried to cure the issue with firmware reinstall using KIES. Same result and the Samsung transfer app does the same thing. Spent many hours with level 2 &3 tech support at both the Carrier and Mfg. They both finally admitted that the official software is flawed and a new version is coming "soon".. Great price at AT&T I have a second device that freezes and the apps force close. I'm going back to my Note until they fix the issue.

I know that happened when I had all apps in multi Window hack. Never had that problem stock though. Did you have problems before rooting?

My s health has always worked even after rooting but also wanted to let you know that the s health app was updated a while back through the Samsung apps store. There was one update since launch but not sure if that'll fix it if you log in and update?

Yes the multi Window hack messes up s-health. Disable/uninstall the hack and it will work. You can use Nottach's xposed app to get unlimited multi Window or this app ftom play store.

SOLUTION
i figured it out now, thanks. you have to...
make sure you have the most recent S-Health app from Samsung Hub/Apps
install nottach xposed system
install the multiwindow module
install the multiwindow app from app store
add/remove apps from multiwindow (make adjustments to what you will/wont use)
disable multiwindow module in nottach xposed modules section
reboot
:good:
S-Health working with Goldeneye 1.3 ROM, Ktoonsez kernel, Multiwindow mod working, and much more. My phone is now 100% functional, BLAZING fast, and i am done modding it.
IDK
How do I install the nottach xposed system?
and where do i find the multiwindow module?
Thank You

Nottach mod will also cause the s health to crash. I had that problem on shostock and shoman94 helped me to resolve the issue. Nottach was the culprit. Uninstalled and everything works great now. The multi window manager app in the play store seems to work without any issues. Hope this helps.

you are correct in saying multi Window manager app works. Nottach's does also. I checked myself. I flashed the crap pack for wanam to get s-health and am using s-health and nottach's app with multi Window hack fine. I believe you just can't select s-health to be in the multi Window bar.

Xposed Framework won't install...

Have someone experienced a problem where Xposed Framework won't install?
I'm running stock KitKat on my F320S and can't get it to work. I haven't got a custom recovery, as my device won't allow me to boot to it... So what I think is that my phone as a security-feature just like HTC's S-ON! Is this true, and are someone familiar with this?
When I try to install it, it shows installed and that I have to reboot. But it says that the framework isn't currently active. How can I fix this?
I have attached a screenshot below to show you guys what the Xposed Installer says...
Thanks in advance!

reposted from another thread. solution.
Nothing happens when you press install?
Its waiting for your root permission. Somethings wrong with your supersu or superuser. Reinstall it then try again.
I reinstalled 11g, so I'm not facing the problem there... But I successfully gave Xposed Installer root permissions, so that's not why I think...

There is no version 2.4.2 or 2.5 yet for that matter. You must be running a unofficial version of Xposed.

I have Xposed installed, but I can't find UNICON TWEAK as a module in Xposed. Can you please confirm the name and where to get it from?

I did not backup, but I do use Dhacker29's CWM recovery. Xposed automatically creates a removing flashable zip in case you get a bootloop.
