Hello friends,
I have an inquirie (i wanted to put them in the dev thread, but i'm not allowed, and it said i have to put them here ):
Is it possible the after rooting my device (CF Auto Root - thank you CF!!!) and installing the PhilZ CWM (Thank you!!!) I don't get the yellow triangle? I am 100% sure it is rooted beckause i checked it with Root Checker and i also have apps that needed it and now they work (because i have root), and when i boot in recovery, i have the PhilZ recovery... But everywhere i read it's saying about this triangle which i also have on my sgs2 (gt-i9100), but not on this one.

Hey guys so i got a brand new GT I9500 today and first thing i did was attempt to root it. I've installed CWM + Clicked root device + New Method..
Now after rebooting and what not; Root checker shows that it IS rooter, meanwhile whenever i launch SuperSU it just shows the loading symbol.. Nor can any applications take root access. To top it off, i cant uninstall/update/reinstall supersu from now ..
Any suggestions?
Thanks
EDIT:
As dumb as it may be.. Somehow my SU updated via play store which messed up the binaries. I reinstalled SuperSU from CWM package and voila! Perfect now.

Guys I tried rooting my Galaxy s4 I9500 with Kingoroot which claimed to be an one click root. It failed miserably and what it did though was to install a custom recovery and SuperSU which forcecloses on opening and no application can be granted superuser access. I learnt later that XDA didnt endorse Kingoroot but please Senior members can u help me ! What should I do to go back to stock recovery ? Triangle away doesnt seem to recognise my device as a rooted one. Should I use kies ?
Hello. I have GALAXY S5 - SM-G900F Lollipop. I wanted to root it and i used Kingo. It said that root was successful i even had superSU app, but i couldn't open it and when i installed app that i know needs root access i didn't get prompted to allow it. So after some checking i concluded that root was not successful and wanted to revert it with kingo again. It said that S5 was not rooted and i couldn't root it again (was getting failed this time).
Then i wanted to do factory reset to 4.4.2 via mobile but each time i would select that option phone would just freeze. I booted into recovery TWRP that i installed previously and did hard wipe. After that i was without ROM, and installed lollipop using this tutorial (/watch?v=r_ifFnj9tbo). Everything was fine but i lost TWRP and was with stock recovery.
I wanted to root phone again using different method (/watch?v=iBNGeppOzGI) but when i installed TWRP via odin (i got success and phone rebooted as last time i installed it) and tried to boot into TWRP using button combinations phone would just load standard recovery instead. I also tried to install CWM, same results. Success message, phone reboots and it still loads stock recovery so i'm stuck now. Anyone has any idea how to install TWRP now?
Anyone got any idea, don't know what to do here. Any help appreciated.

Hi Guys
I got an LG G Pro 2 with F350s the other day, it was running KK and I did manage to root it using Kingroot (nothing else worked)
And even managed to get a copy of Philz recovery on there using an APK which was a surprise lol
But could not update the Binary in SuperSU (yes I had "Busybox") - but I coud live with that
But today I decided to upgrade to Lollipop - The APK Philz recovery vanished and I of course lost root again
I did try the "One Click" method and even though it said "Done" it didn't root?
So my question really is - where can I find a reliable Root method and a custom recovery? everywhere I look its not for the F350S running Lollipop (I have spent all day searching) no matches for F350S and LP anywhere I can see?
Thanks in advance
Hi Guys
I Rooted my Note 4 with Chainfire's Package for the SM-N910H In ODIN, Phone boots fine and everything works fine, then I installed CWM 6 for SM-N910H and tested if the recovery is installed and yes it is, when I chose to revoot Device within CMW Recovery it asked me if I wanted to Root my phone? Why? Is my phone not rooted and how do I check this? Please help
I did Check rooting with Root Checker from App Store and says "Congratulations! Root Access is properly installed on this Device" ...... So why from CWM Reboot does it still ask me to ROOT Device?
