This is probably going to seem ridiculously obvious, but whenever people talk about laggy gaming performance or other slow gpu intensive events, the usual answer is that the 1920x1280 resolution display is just too many pixels for the gpu in our beloved devices to handle. However I've never seen anyone say they've tried lowering the resolution to test.
I used "epic citadel" set to ultra high quality graphics as a benchmark, and used "resolution changer pro" from the play store to change display resolution. Leaving it at the default 1920x1280 resolution, the epic citadel benchmark gave an average of 13fps. I then dropped the resolution to 1152x768 (the closest to 720p at 3:2 aspect ratio) using the resolution changer and ran it again. The average fps at the end of the benchmark was now 27fps. That's a pretty huge increase.
I also tried antutu but it kept crashing halfway through the 3d benchmark on all resolutions, but was definitely much higher fps on the lower resolution.
Other games which were laggy (such as gangstar Vegas) at high graphic settings preform much smoother in the lower resolution. While it's fine for games, obviously using a non native resolution reduces the sharpness of things like text in apps and so it needs to be changed back after you're done gaming.
As I said at the beginning, it seems obvious that reducing the resolution increases the performance, but I just wanted to post as I couldn't see any anecdotes from anyone that had tried it.
Please note that changing resolution is different from just changing dpi.
Lowering the resolution to play games with acceptable fps reminds me of the days when I first played Grand Theft Auto 3 on my low end computer at 800x600. Now we have a 9" 1080p device only a decade or so later (and playing the same game at a lower res).
How easy is it to switch back and forth? I may try this. Not that I do a lot of serious gaming on this.
Sent from my Nook HD+ using xda app-developers app
Pretty easy to switch back and forth. You don't need to reboot or anything between changes, but when you shrink the resolution the home screen might look a bit weird with things out of place. But it's all fine once you switch back.
I'm assuming the resolution changer app just issues some shell commands or something to change the resolution, in which case it might be possible to use something like Tasker to automatically change resolution when starting a game and change back when it exits.
It is IMO always good for a refresh/bump of an issue and in this case, a lot of folks here appreciate the issue is the 1080p. Reason being the non + HD is 720p and has no comparable lag and is much smoother with games. Same hardware besides the display.
Why hardware scaling is not built into Android by default hurts my brain. The user should be able to chaneg the res as needed, but appears to be mainly a kernel level adjustment. The 4470 has good hardware scaling. Case in point, MAME Reloaded 140 plays smoother on the Nook HD+ than the 720p TF300 and Excite 7.7. I have both and the HD+ is 10% faster with that emulator. Reason being the 3D GPU function is not leveraged and only trhe scaling output is. 4470 with a better GPU would kill the Tegra 3.

BTW, some games DO scale and that is why some play smoother than others. Dead Trigger scales, but Asphalt 7 as example tries to push data with every pixel on the display.
Thanks for the Tip.
Here are the settings I am using.
For 720p the settings are:
Code:
Width: 768
Hight: 1152
Density (DPI): 140
Then run "Fix navigation bars"
Gives best performance but looks awful. You can see the pixels in the text. It's great for gaming, but not for reading text.
900p
Code:
Width: 960
Hight: 1440
Density (DPI): 180
Then run "Fix navigation bars"
This is the best all rounder. It runs games just fine. Moving between races in the menu for Real Racing 3 is silky smooth. Text on web pages etc. look OK, and is very readable, just a bit fuzzy looking.
#EDIT
Review.
The app works great, but there are some pretty major issues with it.
Fist issue is it stores a config/info file onto the SD. This means if you try restoring a backup that hasn't got "Resolution Changer Pro" installed, it just won't boot.
This means if you have no way of wiping the emmc the device is bricked. So if you do a factory reset after the app is installed you are going to have a lot of problems.
The second thing isn't a problem but a request. I would like to be able to save profiles. It would be great if I could switch between 720p and 900p. At the moment I have to keep entering the details.

Maybe typing "wm size reset" on terminal emulator. Or "adb shell wm size reset" if you have adb interface working.
Just thought I'd write here in case someone gets into the same trouble I did after trying this out and it ****ing up the display.
A fix I was able to do was to use the command:
adb shell am display-size reset
to reset the display size back and disable the resolution changer program while I input back the correct display resolutions(1280x1920) and dpi(256), enabled the app to make sure the settings are back to the way they should be, disabled the app once again and then swiftly and promptly terminated it with extreme prejudice by uninstalling it.
Hopefully this will be useful for somebody but I'd much rather hope noone has to go through it.
BTW, I wasn't able to use the adb wm commands posted above for some reason which is why I had to go with this. Maybe it has to do with me using stock 2.2.0 B&N OS, but I don't really know for sure.

hey guys, im looking to buy the nexus 10, but it seems that the res, of the screen, makes some games lag, or is it down to the games not yet optimised?, not only that but, is is possible to force games to run at a lower res, ?
is it worth getting for gaming,?
thanks. amatris
I've had no problems with Nova 3, Shadow Gun, Shadow gun dead zone, Vice city, Deard Trigger, GTA 3, fruit ninja, Angry Birds and SuperGNES.
Which games have you been told lag?
I have to say, I've noticed lag on even simple games like Subway Surfer. In fact sometimes you lose because of the lag!
However I have also played Nova 3 and a couple of other high quality games and had no issues. Thinking it may be more settings based than tablet based!
NFS: MW is one of the games that drop frames pretty hard and is all because of the thermal throttle that the exynos 5 have.
Thanks for the reply guys, bit this id making me think tjat its not a good gaming tablet :-\ , is it still worth it?

A lot of the problems can actually be solved by slightly under volting the CPU. This reduces the thermal throttling.

Undervolting is all done through a custom kernel. Check out some of the threads in the dev sections and see if you're up for it. Or just install the Franco custom kernel and you won't have to adjust anything and gaming should be just great! :good:
Do not get this tablet if you want a tablet for gaming plain and simple. The tablet has a relatively weak GPU and massive screen resolution to power. Games like Dead Trigger will run fine on Low settings, but crank the settings to high and the game turns into a stuttering mess. Need for Speed Most Wanted has less graphical effects and details than the iPad version and yet also runs laggy and drops frames. Even something like Subway Surfers and Temple Run are laggy and have a delay when you swipe your finger.
Undervolting it does not help. Undervolting it merely makes it not throttle when it gets too hot. However, the throttling is not the only issue this tablet has with gaming. The GPU is not good enough for this display. You can notice it well enough when scrolling and watching text deform. This text deforming problem happened in the iPad 3 to a lesser degree and is completely absent in the iPad 2 and 4. (3 being that awkward middle retina child without a good enough GPU).
This tablet is great for media consumption but not for playing games.
What do you recommend for a 10inch gaming tablet??

An ipad if you want a gaming tablet. There really is no comparison to be honest for gaming.
Well I want to stick with android, I'm a big android fan and iv used the ipad, the first one that came out right up to the ipad mini and I have to say I don't like ios,
Any android ones you would recommend??

Its just hard to recommend anything other than the ipad if you want it primarily for gaming. The ipad has a significantly larger library with games that look and play better than anything we have. Look at the note 10.1.
Hmm ok ty, should I be looking at the tegra 3 gpu's for graphics and I'm guessing a quad core cpu?
Thanks amatris.
Edit: how would a Asus TFT300T Transformer? hold up? its at my very max on the price up to £350,
it has
1.4GHz NVIDIA - Tegra 3 Quad-core processor.??
Thanks amatris.

the Quad-core Mali T604 is fast as hell trust me
the problem is that it doesnt get enough CPU power to show off.
the stock settings for the CPU usage is set way to low!
one more thing that makes the games to lag is the up/down speed changes.
everytime the CPU changes its frequency you get lag.
if you have been into PC games you know that a fast GPU is depending alot on the CPU speed as well.
with the stock 1000mhz speeds that the CPU is using for games it wont max out the GPU.
the GPU screams for more CPU power.
the ONLY way to get games running smooth on the N10 is to LOCK the CPU speed at 1500 or 1700mhz.
but its one more problem and i think you know what it is
so to TS
dont judge the N10 for one bad optimized game(NFSMW) with stock ROM.
the games i have tried runs all at 60fps with max graphic settings.
but ok its not stock

i just installed it and it runs super smooth at 60fps even with the CPU locked at a low 1000mhz!
that is what i call a optimized game.
but as i said you probably have a CPU that dont knows what freq it wants to use and games dont like it.
just lock the Min/Max CPU speed at the same mhz and come back with a comment
Edit: just tried Subway Surfer with the Stock CPU Governor "Interactive" and stock speeds 200/1700 and it lags as you said.
not much but you notice it.

My tablet is locked at 1700mhz and is laggy in every game I try except the playstation emulator and dead trigger on low settings. Subway surfers is still laggy and need for speed is unplayable. I am a pc gamer so im very sensitive to framerates. A good way to tell the gpu is lacking is by watching text deform as you scroll, a pretty classic sign of gpu performance I believe we have the fastest cpu on the tablet front. But a much weaker gpu than the ipad 4 and it shows in our gaming performance. Im not sure how you are getting these games to run at 60fps. Sre you sure it is 60fps? I know many console gamers see 26fps and think its smooth while I think its utter rubbish.

You're throttling.
Hey all.
So I would expect a 500 quid phone to be able to play the latest and greatest mobile games without stutter. Unfortunately this is not the case, with my most recent example being Real Racing 3. This game has terrible stutter and a frame rate of maybe 20fps if i am lucky.
I suspect this is partly to do with screen resolution, however is there a way to actually make the Galaxy Note 4 a good gaming device? I have root.
@captainbirdseye86 Lower the screen resolution with nomone apk from google play there is a thread about it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/help/downscale-resolution-to-1080p-to-t2886177 and the apk link is here https://play.google.com/store/apps/...=nomone&pcampaignid=APPU_6l3OVKeSLZPaav6hgdAK also try to disable dvfs with xposed framework install a custom kernel (more performance depending on your settings but also more battery drain) and try to have a stock ROM as much as possible yeah all those customized Roms are way better but nothing is perfect all those mods costs on the performance also greenify your apps and system apps as much as you can...just some tips

I heard a dev talk that there isn't much to be gained by ocing the GPU and as far as CPU oc goes the more you push it the less time it will stay on that frequency because overheating could be 5 minutes away at full throttle oh and if you oc the GPU keep in mind that some voltage tuning might be necessary on the octa one I had stuttering on ultimate and persues kernels it varies from device to device...

If you encounter problems with GPU OC, just increase the voltage a little bit. Don't see a problem there. When I talk about GPU/CPU management I mean mainly to increase the minimum GPU clock as some games don't demand enough of our device (haven't tested). Even with DVFS disabled I get a lot of 20ish fps playing spider man unlimited and the phone isn't even warm. It means the game is not requesting enough power. This is something I want to test, to force a high GPU clock with DVFS disabled and see what happens, but there's no kernel able to do that on exynos yet. Have you tested this? Do you know a way to control GPU clock on exynos or do you think they'll ever implement it?

It is very unfortunate to say that every smatphone in the world is like this. I'm a fan of asphalt 8 myself so I can say about it. I was playing the game on my girlfriend's iphone 6 which has the best GPU on a smartphone in my opinion + 750p resolution = insane graphics performance, right?? Sure! IF you don't throttle like crazy. Even with this insane combination the game hits 20ish fps here and there while the phone barely gets warm.
If you want to play the game with high fps without rooting just lower the graphics in options -> display. I was playing on high after all the mods I've done but it gets so hot and the battery runs out SO FAST that now I'm just playing on low/very low. The quality difference is minimum and you can play for a looong time.

@gabrielgon thank you for your time explaining this so yeah I get stuttering on God of fire let's say I will have to increase the gpu voltages table by at least 50 to make the problem ALMOST disappear now about low fps yeah also on galaxy on fire when a ship explodes I get some fps drop it is quite hilarious really thinking that this monster reaches out it's limits after some brainstorming though I figured I should reduce the resolution to 1080p or even 720 and woala no fps drops although the stuttering is still there so I guess I will have to increase the gpu frequency although I don't know if there is a way to do this...I will try to search a little

Ok, some stuff I can help you with:
Increasing the voltage doesn't increase performance, this only makes your phone use more energy. People usually undervolt their phones to get better battery life but when it gets too undervolted the phone gets unstable. That's why when you overclock you might need to increase the voltage, to keep it stable.
You won't be able to mess with GPU frequency unless your kernel support it. Maybe if you are a snapdragon user (I'm not sure), but on exynos you won't.
Downscaling resolution helps. There's a thread about it here. Good luck!

That's probably the battery temperature, but either way that's pretty dam good!! After 10-15 minutes you'll probably reach the heat peak already so that's enough for testing. Good to know you're having a good experience!

Thank you gabrielgon, note 4 is the first galaxy phone I am reluctant to root. I just don't have the time I had years ago.
I kind of disagree with you that all phones experience these issues. My previous note 1, 2 and 3 had no such problems.
That is just new to me. With all my previous note phones, I could just download any game (most likely asphalt ) and play as long as I want.
It is annoying that my note 3 (which I still keep) is capable of playing Asphalt 8 on max settings for hours with absolutely no issues and yet my shiny new note 4 just struggling with that.
I think samsung just should not have adopted the 2k display technology so early. Obviously the hardware is not there yet.
I personally do no see any difference pixel wise from the display in my note 3.
Yes, the note 4 has brighter and more accurate colour wise display and that is all they should have change.

Using the 910F, doesn't stutter on emulation, heavy 3D games ?!? Just doesn't stutter, sorry man i'm not seeing it.
But yea the 805 yea, i'm not on stock but even when i was it seemed to be fine.

that is cool man. I played with 3 note 4 (returned the first 2 because of defective displays and overheating) and they all had this issue.
It is not that I dont believe you, but I have to see it to believe it
My experience on the Note 4 is virtually the same as my experience on the Note 2, a device which is over two years old!
I do prefer Exynos, but I purchased the Snapdragon because it is the most supported SoC on the market, for now.
I'll make sure my next device sports an Exynos, I miss my Wolfson and Noticeable Performance Boosts, overall, going from one Exynos generation to the other.
I guess many of us will use our gorgeous Xperia Tablet Z for mobile gaming. And it runs almost all the games quite well on this powerful tablet.
I'm a game enthusiast myself and I love playing games on Xperia Tablet Z. I own a Pollux and it handles most of the high end games like Modern Combat 4, Nova, Overkill, Asphalt 8 etc..
But some of the new games seem a little laggy due to much higher demand of CPU and GPU. For example we got a new game like Modern Combat 5, it's one of the best FSP/ACTION game in mobile devices and has console quality graphics. And Xperia Tablet Z plays that game well but you might see some lags while playing the game and the game plays around 23-28 Fps, which is just okay.
I've tried a lot of apps, kernels, ROMs and tips and tricks to run the games much better on our beloved Xperia Tablet Z.
Here's some recommendations that I would suggest from my more than two years of usage of Xperia Tablet Z and 11 years of experience in gaming.
[Here I mainly take Modern Combat 5 as the game for review]
Apps for graphical optimization:
GLTools (Paid):
GLTools helps you to add an extra graphic customization in games and add an extra layes of Shaders. With some changes in GLTools settings the games works fairly well but still at times when I play Modern Combat 5 the frame rates drop to somewhere between 18-25 FPS and the game gets a bit laggy.
Resolution Changer:
I've tried some resolution changer apps but most of them doesn't seem to work properly on modded ROMs but works good in stock ROM. But I do have one app that works good.
NoMone Resolution Changer is a good app to change the resolution of the screen. It's not necessary to play the game in full HD so you can just change your screen's resolution to HD (1024*720 in 200 dpi is my fav setting). When you change the resolution sometimes your navigation bar goes out of the screen. But this app provides some handy features like toggling the Navigation buttons to help you sort things out for navigation. It's a free app and makes the game work pretty well on the tablet without much reduction in graphics.
With this resolution changer I've seen much improvement in performance of the game and there's much lag reduction.
You can find this app here,
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nomone.resolution_changer
Controller App:
Just for a suggestion I would recommend an app called Sixaxis Controller for controller support and mapping. Although our Xperia Tablet Z supports PS3 controller on its own, but there are some games whose controller mapping is not so good; game such as Modern Combat 4. So, here you'll need the help of Sixaxis Controller App that makes this game work pretty well with your controller. In my case I use PS3 controller for my gaming and sixaxis controller app for customizing my controllers. I love this app
Kernel
After going through a lot of research over the Web and to get a huge improvement in overall gaming performance in our lovely tablet I would suggest a custom kernel that I love and suggest to others.
EvoMix Kernel for Cm 12.1
EvoMix kernel is an awesome addition to our tablet for greater performance. Not only for playing games but also for regular usage and snappy response. I thank the developers who worked hard to bring us this awesome kernel :good:
The EvoMix kernel ramps up the CPU and GPU for extreme performance. The CPU can be overclocked to 1.7GHz and the GPU can be overclocked to 487MHz which significantly improves the overall performance of the tablet. The kernel also features I/O scheduler tweaks and lot of other improvements that makes your tablet altogether a much powerful and faster.
The EvoMix kernel can be found on this thread originally posted by @BlackAfghan.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xpe...b-tablet-z-evomix-kernel-cyanogenmod-t3120762
ROMs
The Sony's ROM is always has too much bloatwares in it. It's the only thing that makes me not use the Stock ROM. I've played games in different ROMs and mostly all of them work good. But as I suggested earlier about the EvoMix Kernel, it's only available for CyanogenMod and CyanogenMod based ROMs like PAC ROM, crDroid etc (You can find these ROMs across the xda forum under Tablet Z Development threads). With these ROMs and with the help of EvoMix kernel you can play most of the games fairly enough without any lags. I've played Modern Combat 4 and Modern Combat 5 in CM based ROMs and they work quite well.
If you wanna stick with the rooted Stock ROM get rid of the bloatwares and disable useless apps to gain Memory and Speed. Although it won't show any significant improvements but it can give your Game a breathing space on that over-crowded bloatwares on the memory queue and CPU usage.
Mostly I play Modern Combat 4 and 5 on my Pollux (Xperia Tablet Z LTE) and here are my settings and apps that I use to get maximum performance
NoMone Resolution Changer (1024*720 at 200 dpi) for Modern Combat 5
Sixaxis Controller for Controller mapping in Modern Combat 4
CrDroid (as of now) with EvoMix kernel for boost in performance. I've played both the games on Rooted Stock 5.1.1 with all the bloatwares removed and the games works well.
I don't use GLTools anymore because I haven't seen much improvement in Modern Combat 5. But you can see some improvements in Modern Combat 4 using GLTools app with correct settings.

So that's it guys, all of this information is just to let you know about my experience in gaming and usage of this awesome Tablet You can try these suggestions at your own risk and make sure you do a deeper research on rooting and recovering your tablet from bootloops and bricking.

Thanks for sharing your experience.
I've tried some new settings with GlTools apps and the game (Modern Combat 5) seems to work quite well.
Just change the render resolution to 0.5x and downscale texture to 0.5x too. It'll help the game to run much better on the tablet Z
First of all in Modern Combat 5, Go to Settings, then Audio (The one with Speaker icon) and change the VFX setting to "Better Performance"
I donno why the GFX setting is under the "Audio" tab :/
Thanks for tips, unfortunately changing resolution with NoMone doesnt work at all on pure CM12.1 and changing it with GLTools will change it to half, but it also renders on half of screen with black parts around. Controls though are on same positions as before, so its almost impossible to control games with onscreen buttons.

The NoMone Resolution Changer works well with stock ROM but not CM 12.1.
Here's how the game (Modern Combat) looks like with Resolution Changer on Stock Lollipop 5.1.1
The Game works smooth and all controls work well.
Another tip for gaming: Disable MP decision
Disabling MP decision makes all the four cores of the CPU run instead of putting the unused core offline. This reduces the lag because all the cores are available for processing. This can reduce the battery life but give a performance boost.
The best governor settings for playing games:
CPU: Interactive
GPU: Performance
Happy Gaming
If I find much better settings/apps for playing games I'll let you guys know it here
Hey friends,
I love running the phone on condensed font so I can see more information on the screen.
I'm not sure but it feels like it slows down the phone at this mode because it needs to display more at the same time.
Trust?
Interesting been so long since the swapped but can't recall any noticeable difference in performance
Sent from my SM-G935F using XDA-Developers mobile app
I have the same feeling as the OP with my s7 edge. Anyone know if there's technical validity to this or just our imagination?
I didn't notice on my S7 edge because I've been using it in condensed mode since the beginning, but I definitely noticed a small performance degradation and choppier scrolling on my Xperia Z5 when I was running it @400dpi instead of the stock 480dpi.
I may be wrong, but I assume the fact the phone has to render more stuff to fill up the screen (more text, more pictures, more UI elements, etc.), as everything is smaller, may be the reason.
Can't really notice any difference. Our phones are powerful enough to even render 5K resolution at quite smooth speed (tried it). So performance between condensed and normal mode would be noticeable only on older devices like S3-S4.

Yeah but its not all about power. Its about how you manage power. Most of the lags, stutters occur because of juuust a tiny latency in cpu frequency scaling or switching on/off other cores of cpu. You can make a cpu jump faster and at lower load to a higher freq, but this wil increase power consumption. So I believe in theory, a phone which has more single core power but less cores (or multi core power, and yes I'm looking at you iphone 7) , will perform better on simple task and worse on harder task like 5K resolution rendering...

Well said .
Hello guys..
I have this phone which has a quite good Specs..Though when I install a game, there's some lag
I'm running on Nougat 7.0, I've installed asphalt 8 and there's a lot of lag in the main menu, but that doesn't matter cause I deleted it
now I've installed PUBG Mobile and it's a very exciting game and I'm running on the lowest graphics and I have free ram and space But it lags a lot. I've tried this game on Galaxy A5 2017 on medium (balanced) Graphics and It runs like a charm.
Is there anything I can do to make the game on my device faster with no lag? And why does the game lags anyway on my device which has 3GB Ram?
It's not the RAM that matters but also the GPU. A 2016 uses Mali-T720 while A 2017 is Mali-T830, thats the difference.
I suggest you use Game Tuner from Samsung and adjust the resolution to 55-80%
OK, the hardware is different, but other than that...
A 2016 (info from A5 but should be close) That GPU should be enough to fit the first game on high (maybe outdated), and the second on low (untested). For context, the CPU/GPU is like a motor, running at various speeds, 'weights it is carrying', and power required to maintain that speed (the heat output also scales with this). Some are simply better than others. The Game Tuner's HW performance (CPU) isn't or wasn't available. The customfrequencymanagerservice lowers the CPU/GPU speed for games, also increasing the battery life and lowering the heat. Search the logcat for "limitGPUFreq" "limitCPUFreq" "SIOP_ARM_MAX" (not the tag, but the content). Other than that, the CPU cluster 0/CPU cluster 1/GPU lowers its own speed at 86c (not bidirectional). Optionally, at the cost of heat and battery life, downgrade the game tuner and game optimizing service to whichever version has the apps category feature. Then select the app, then non-game. Lower the resolution to the default 75%. A limit is still there but not as much as before, and looks more like thermal throttling. If rooted, the max speed can be customized in /sys/power/cpufreq_max_limit for the CPU, and /sys/class/misc/mali0/device/dvfs_max_lock for the GPU. Set permissions to 644 to maintain the max speed (until the CPU/GPU lowers itself). Watch the temperatures. If it's too hot, reduce the limit. Maybe an alternative to root is debloating but the speed can't be lowered if needed.
Temperature sensors are here:
/sys/class/hwmon/hwmon0/device/temperature
/sys/class/power_supply/battery/batt_temp
/sys/class/power_supply/battery/chg_temp
/sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/cdev0/type
/sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone1/cdev0/type
/sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone2/cdev0/type
/sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone0/temp
/sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone1/temp
/sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone2/temp
etc.
A 2017
The customfrequencymanagerservice applies to the CPU, up to 1794Mhz (HW performance). May lower with what looks like thermal throttling.
Does not apply to the GPU, which throttles itself somewhere around 76c from 962MHz to 845MHz.
Yep. Been playing PUBG Mobile on my A5 2016 on LOW graphics and HIGH frame rate (fps setting) for around one month and it does NOT lag. Although the transitions in UI of main menu is not as fast but the gameplay is super smooth and does not lag. Maybe it's because of your phone slowdown over time (I just factory reset my phone 6 months ago) or because the A7 has more pixels to push so it is more taxing on the GPU.

I tried to set a game to a *non game* but game tuner doesnt let you switch anymore between them
I have A3 2016 and playing 20fps in game. ( Medium fps setting). If i select high frame rate my phone is heating much then my display doesn't work stable its sensitivity sucks when phone heats. It's not lagging to the last 3 circle. But if i see an enemy my device lags a lot and my fps drops 5-10 so i died more times bcz of the fps drop. Gameplay is best in Lineage Os 15.1 but it has overheating issue so display sucks when device is overheated.

Downgrade. I have Game Tuner 3.3.03 & Game Optimizing Service 1.1.89.0, and it's there.
Edit: Game Tools 1.2.48.3, Game Launcher 3.1.00.5.

The game optimizing service was downgraded? Reset (data for that app?)? The auto updates in the Samsung Store are forbidden? Else, maybe downgrade it further...

Yes it was. App unistalled multiple times. Samsung store removed entirely. Downgraded already to the lowest. The point is that some time ago i was able to do that, now it just wont work
