[q] odin not able to flash i9505 - Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, here is my problem..., for the last 4 weeks I have had no problems flashing ROMs but today all I'm getting is the following

Try flashing some latest version then the one u have let ut be any other region also
Also make sure no Kies programme is running in the background close tht or uninstall it Restart the pc ans dtry again

Thanks, I have removed Kies and flashed an old version of Philz and currently restoring a NAND :good:
35mins to restore my ROM DAYMMMNNN!!!!

Please i need the help about the flashing with odin..
I have downloaded the firmware file but single and packed the is "S5360JPLA1_S5360OJPLA1_S5360XXLA2_HOME.tar.md5" and there is a SS_DL.dll aswell so when i put the file in to the pda button so there will be failed

Its bettr get d new firmwares having 3 files in it...... In android development section...

Yea, you should just go to the Android developments and download the odin flashable firmwares by sir Doky.

where have you got the firmware from - if you downloaded it from sammoible you need to split it first with splitfus2
else
download already split firmware from my firmware thread and fully follow the instructions

I have the SM-N900V with android 4.4.2
Does your phone boot? If so, turn it back on, enable USB debugging and try again.
Does USB Debugging help us to flash the firmware too ?...

Did You use check on Samsung site for newest Rom ? For your region of course.

Can't flash stock ROM on GALAXY S5 (SM-G900P)

After a failed root attempt my s5 is stuck on the first start up screen, the one that says powered by android at the bottom. When I try to flash the stock ROM using Odin I get an error message on my phone saying:
SW REV CHECK FAIL : [aboot]Fused 3 > Binary 1
This is my Odin log (I am using odin v3.09):

I want to know this as well. I excluded the problem of different PC and different USB cable. Why is it so hard to flash back stock ROM?
I think you are trying to flash an old version, or one not meant for the sprint phone. The file you are flashing ends in NCB, the latest is OK4.
