I'm trying to fix the no voice in apps in Team Blackout ROM v4.0. I found a sense 3.6 ROM with everything working on it but its stock. Its called Incredible Glacier.
I just don't know what libs I need to swap out but I know this could be fixed.
Please any devs that could help I and I'm sure others would really appreciate it.
It is the best sense ROM out for our phone with only this one issue.

The blackout v4 would just bootloop for me were u a b le to get it booted up?

Yeah it booted for me just fine and runs without any other issues besides the voice not working.

yep sp27! yah I am not sure how long it took to download these.I never really paid much attention ,I usually just ignore it and do something else when DLs are taking to long!

The ROM is really smooth. It had a few hickups at first but all is well after it settled it.

No problem.I got it working a while ago there is some files u need to put in system/etc and system/etc/soundimage the files are i think one of them is AdieHWCodec.csv and I cant remeber the others and you might need to push them into the rom itself prior to flashing.maybe find a rom of the same that works and take those files.I am sure someone else can chime in on the files needed .I have no time to tinker with it to figure out for you sorry.

I wish it could be posted on here cause its a awesome ROM.
Oh I made a few MODs for it if use want them pm me.

What ROM are you using? The full and light versions are a little different. I also just ported them to Blackout v4.0.

Make sure to make a backup before you flash these. Wipe cache and dalvik cache then flash them.
Let me know how they work out. I used a different way to flash the popups but they should work the same using the VRTheme zip that I just posted.
PS: I also made a statusbar theme using sense 5 icons and a matching sense icon set. Let me know if you would like those.

What this ROM is: A super slim, super fast Gingerbread AOSP ROM that is geared towards the best performance you can get, while not sacrificing battery life.
What this ROM is NOT: A Sense ROM or a themed ROM. You get very close to a vanilla experience without any themes or Sense to slow it down.
What about bugs? This ROM has been in private testing for about a month now and is virtually bug free. The LTE, Wifi, GPS, Camera, BT, etc. all work perfectly. The only real "bug" is that at the bottom of the Settings application it says About OMGB. I had to borrow the Settings.apk from OMGB. The correct settings application will be included in V5 if all goes well.
How to install this ROM:
Flash the 2.11 leak CDMA radio and LTE combo from here.
Wipe Data and Cache
Install the ROM from Recovery
Install the latest GAPPS from here.
Go through the setup wizard
Allow your phone 30 minutes to an hour to sync and create all caches for maximum performance.

No gapps are needed. The Android Market is included with the rom, and you can download any other gapps you may want on there. This way you can be more selective about it.

Ummmm...I've had gapps 2.3.5 installed for a little while now....what issues should I look out for?
Does this support auto-dock-mode when inserted in the HTC desktop dock? That's the main thing missing from CM7 for me.

On the other hand I don't think the "trick" is making themes per say I think the "trick" so to speak is not making the new themes lag/slow up the system!? Something that apparently a lot of themers tend to forget

Here is the stock Messaging app themed Holo Dark style.
I wanted it to use with Hephappy's LAST KISS ROM on my Optimus One so I got it.
I have not actually themed the app. I just took the apk from neko95's ICy Snap ROM but I have modified some smileys and replaced the icon with stock ICS one to make it look better.
So it means I am using it happily on Last Kiss. I just thought somebody else would love the dark theme like me and so I am sharing this here.
It is working perfectly on CM9, I don't know if other ROMs will be supported or not. Still, you can give a try, the apk isn't very large sized.

Yeah... WhatsApp like smileys and selectable keyboard type.
Means the app has nothing less nor anything more, just slight themeing.
How to install:
Using any root file explorer (I love THIS and use only that) just backup (if you want) your current ROM's mms.apk somewhere else on the SD card (located in system/app). Then copy over the attached mms.apk to the same location and set appropriate permissions as follows:

I didn't tell you to install the app directly! I said using a root explorer, paste the apk to system/app directory of your phone. The app isn't a normal app that you can install it by clicking. It is a system app.
If you still didn't understand what to do, download the apk attached with this post and install it the normal way...

It is working perfectly on CM9, I don't know if other ROMs will be supported or not. Still, you can give a try, the apk isn't very large sized.

Yeah... WhatsApp like smileys and selectable keyboard type.
Means the app has nothing less nor anything more, just slight themeing.
How to install:
Using any root file explorer (I love THIS and use only that) just backup (if you want) your current ROM's mms.apk somewhere else on the SD card (located in system/app). Then copy over the attached mms.apk to the same location and set appropriate permissions as follows:

Yeah it had some Google things included but none of them seemed to work that's why I removed them and installed the all in one

What was your procedure ? And is everything working well enough to be used as a daily ?

Yeah it can drive daily and I can't speak for hhp but I just flashed the Rom then aio aroma gapps linked in op reboot profit (then flash devil kernel later cuz I can't live without it lol)
Edit: I should mention any tweaks made with the android tweaker app(comes with Rom) or pimp my rom sent me for a bootloop on reboot every time leaving me to restore backup after backup until I just decided to not do that stuff. Rom is smooth enough without them anyway.

yeah, my only problem at the moment is the damn market that no matter what i do i can't seem to get it to work right... i think I'm going to download the newest update, then delete stuff, and then reflash the aio. maybe that'll work best. anyhow killer ass rom. definitely love the notification sound. lol

I know love the notification haha! What market issues are you having I'm using b boys blacked out market with red text and seems ok for me

It seems i cant get the 3g data on.. I use the fix 3g data on all the cm rom and it works. But not on this rom

Used included Bam cleaner to remove apps... Installed aio required ± apps of choice and then b-boys newest play market
.
Only issue I'm seeing is if i restore my bookmarks (data, from ti backup) to bowser it causes it to hang up and reboot any time i try to use browser..

hit me with that link to the play store please. and I'm not having any more. i deleted the phonesky.apk and other gapps then reflashed the aio from slim. needless to say, i got everything set up now

never thought about doing it that way. i used my laptop and deleted apps that way then rezipped it and dirty flashed it and now it works
