For messages not sending, I assume you're connected to your carrier's data network. If not, it's probably a radio issue.
Assuming everything is okay with your carrier, I'd try resetting your APN settings. Under Wireless & Networks click on "More..." followed by "Mobile networks" and "Access Point Names." Following this click on the three dots in the top right, reset to defaults... restart your phone and report back. :good:
Didn't work..

I'm still stuck w/o messages sending .. I've tried everything idk if I never touched my baserand/radio/ boot loader or any of it. I've always flashed 4.3 Roms just the way they were clean flash. Then I restore to stock and messages won't send

Chances are there's a mismatch somewhere. I'd do a complete restore using the factory image from Google and go from there
I download the factory image from Google and it shows up under downloads but won't show up on ROM manager or in recovery its like it didn't download.. But ik it did

Try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=33537009&postcount=20
Works fine for me, Stock, rooted, unlocked boot loader, Franco kernel.
Maybe you have a defective phone?
You haven't frozen anything in Titanium Backup or uninstalled anything?

This phone can't be defective.... Everything works as it should exempting hulu. I tried it on stock and on xylon and aokp..there's something missing and it has to do with DRM. Will look at the link two post above and report back

Looks like they moved my original link so this is a direct link http://suipre.com/8310b8
If you download from the link using your prime use chrome browser. Stock browser didnt work for me.
There is an update in the play store after this. Do not install it or you will be back to not working.

Did you freeze any DRM package ?
This happened when I try update the phone this evening(in the screenshot below). Retry download won't do anything. What am I supposed to do?
Should I factory reset and try updating again?

I had the same issue and the method below worked for me.
Go to Settings and select Apps. There select “All” and scroll till you find Google Services Framework. Select that and click on “Clear Data”, which would give you a warning. Disregard the warning and go ahead with it. Once done, go back to Settings, scroll till the end and select “About phone”. From there select “System updates”. Now check for update again.
Full stock, unrooted.
Plz tell me what should I do?
I've freed up my internal storage upto 6.2 GB, still the above message appears.

I flash a new rom yesterday for my nexus 4. Unfortunately, it was stuck in the custom rom logo.
I want to fix it via recovery mode. Sadly, my volume key was broken:crying:
Does anybody knows how can I boot my nexus 4 without using volume key? (it was stuck in the custom rom logo.)
Is it an other way that is possible to fix my phone?
And don't pick on my english, I know that is poor:angel:
Use the application goo manager, it gives you the option to reboot into recovery

I wonder if he made a nandroid. However if your volume Kris are broken obviously you'd want to fix that.

It happens to me sometimes due to a faulty kernel. It happened on stock too though. It shouldn't really be a problem and doesn't happen often to me. It went away after a day or so anyways.

try this, just as an easy possible solution.. boot into your custom recovery and wipe the dalvik and cache, nothing else, then reboot.

If you erased everything you can either flash the factory image, my first choice, or sideload a rom in recovery
