Hi all
I desperately need help i have no idea what to do anymore. Yes i tried to root and rom my phone and i messed up now i cant get it back to just normal functionality.
I downloaded a custom rom and installed twrp 2.6 recover. I flashed a rom and when i started it i only noticed that it was for a Galaxy s2. I could not get out of the setup so it ran and failed. After that i have had the problem that the phone boots fine and goes into any app and has full
functionality until i set it down and the phone locks itself, then the lag is so huge i have to restart my phone to get anything done.
I have tried flashing the correct Omega v13 rom and does the same. Also dit the same with the backup that i made with TWRP before i did the first flash.
Also i tried to get it back to the stock firmware using the following guides.
DroidViews | How to Unbrick Your Bricked Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500, GT-I9505, SCH-I545
How to Unroot and Restore Official Stock Firmware for Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 & GT-I9505 | WhatsWithTech.
I have flashed it and done every step correctly but when it boots the first time the whole touch screen doesnt react only the return and home keys work on first startup. If i restart the phone at this point (Just flashed stock firmware re partition with PIT file and new stock kernel) i can complete it but the same problem persists
Please tell me someone can help me fix this screwup.
I have a GT- I9500 Octacore international with Jellybean 4.2.2

Good luck with the problem(s) you're having, however.
So I have a T-Mobile Samsung galaxy s4, and I recently rooted using Odin and then I flashed the PAC ROM (BTW I have CWM). But the problem is, sometimes when I turn my phone on , it gets stuck in a bootloop. I then have to go into CWM and clear the dalvik cache, reboot, and then it will work. And I don't think I have messed up while installing because I have previous experience in rooting and flashing. I would appreciate it if anyone had a fix to this, thanks.
i have Samsung Galaxy S5 G900L the Korean version , it was rooted and with custom Recovery , i wanted to flash a new kernel to it the kernel was suppose to support all Qualcomm Processor S5 phones , but it brick my phone and now it is opening on odin download mode and can't boot.
is there a way to fix it by flashing the stock kernel or any kernel that working on S5 G900L from odin so i don't lose my data
or i will have to download the whole firmware and flash it from odin and delete all my data :crying:

i just want a working kernel for this version of samsung s5 coz i still cant boot into CM Recovery i installed before ... i dont want to lose my data
the solution
the stock kernel for samsung galaxy s5 G900L
if there is anyone has the stock version of this kernel without modding please share it ... as this version of kernel is modified and has problems like forgetting wifi networks passwords and it drains the battery faster

Did your phone come with btu firmware? If not, try flashing the stock rom that came with your phone. If it works with the original firmware, then you know it is a software issue.

Is It Possible That Phone Contain Wifi Adapter Of i9500 in i9505???
I don't know but I do know that the 9500 is based on an Exynos processor and the 9505 has a Qualcomm.

Install this APP and add screenshots (IMEI not necessary atm).
I read on another forum that installing cm roms (based on aosp) the WiFi works
no option for attaching image file
