Is it a new install? If so that could be the soapy water solution? Can you tell if it's dust? If it's the solution, you can wrap a credit card in a lint free cloth (microfiber) and squeegee the stuff out as much as you can.

I don't think its soap water...coz im pretty sure i squeeged them out as much as i can...i hope it wont matter much since they're on corners, not on center

It shouldn't matter too much, but you risk of the screen protector to rise up when dried. But try it out. They are XG's so you can get them pretty cheap.

Dude use scotch tape to remove debris.

Oh my god! Looks like you got one of the rare batch of organic nexii! Features Include hair growth, facial recognition, hearing and speech.
If there is lint or dust there, please don't use compressed air to try and blow it out. That can blow it into the N7 and/or under the screen. Gentle suction or a soft brush would work better.
No I m serious... I removed them.... But some hair were stuck under the plastic back cover.
Sure its hair or could be some kind of sintetic fiber ?

How the hell do you scratch "Scratch resistant" glass?
LoL you tell me and we will both know no really I don't know bro it's only two small area's that are scratched lightly I don't have a clue how it happened and I can only see them if the screen is black it's just the fact of knowing they are there I hope I can polish or use some kind of remover to get rid of them any ideas

It's scratch resistant, not scratch proof.
Get a wet application screen protector like skinomi or xo skin. They "fill" scratches making them invisible. I had a heavily scratched Verizon fascinate that I bought used off ebay and put on a skinomi screen protector and you couldn't see any of the scratches after.
Hey man do you have any idea what they may cost THANKS AND GOD BLESS YOU BROTHER

Scratched screen

Can I do anything to fix it? It's only a small scratch but it's quite annoying. Brasso? Toothpaste?
So much for Gorilla Glass!
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
Sadly no, and brasso and toothpaste doesn't even work effectively on a cell phone screen. Should have got a screen protector
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
Yep get a protector, I don't know how I scratched my screen as I treated my N4 like my precious... Yet my G300 with the original Gorilla Glass is still scratch free! GG2 is just not as good.
just get an eraser and erase it or buy a new one

You can't get the scratch out. but as far as screen protectors go, I'd recommend Best Skins Ever. I've had mine on for awhile and they work great, Minimal orange peel effect and they feel really smooth. You have to be really careful during install though, so if you don't have a steady hand, get someone else to help.
Cheers for the somewhat depressing comments. Have now bought a skin. Bolting horses and locking stables spring to mind!
What is the point in gorilla glass? My Sammy Galaxy S lasted much longer!
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
That is the thing... My galaxy Ace screen only had 2 scratches (from when i dropped it on a rock ), but my N4 screen got scratched over 1 week of usage? That is weird.
Get Amzer shatterproof, they hammered the hell out of the screen and it didn't crack. It is 30$ though, I got a ZAGG but it peels up at the edges so I might get amzer

No screen protector here and have been using since late November. Not a scratch on it.. Keep it clean, keep your hands clean and be careful and it will be fine.

To be honest i am kind of angry. I had to take off my screen protector, and because you can only buy it online in Poland,I had to wait 1 whole week before applying a new one. Now I never left it on front glass, and I had a case, but the front screen is still pretty scratched... and it was just 6 days!
I don't know if this is gorilla glass or not, but it sucks.

Sapphire glass camera lens?

I thought this thing was supposed to have a glass camera lens? I was super excited about that when I got the phone because all of my past phones ended up getting scratched camera lenses. Turns out that this lens now has micro scratches just like all the rest. It doesn't have any coating or plastic on it does it? It feels like plastic when I checked to see if it had a lens cover... I'm pretty disappointed with this.
Sapphire doesn't mean unscratchable though.....

Sure, it you handle of lot of diamonds. Sapphire is 9 hardness on the mohs scale. I have a watch with a sapphire crystal and its still as shiny as the day I got it, 6 years later.
U expect the same sapphire quality as ur watch?
Sent from my LG-D800 using XDA Premium HD app
I know it's not "unscratchable" but having micro scratching after day 3 is pretty disappointing. I wonder if there is a coating similar to what's on the gorilla glass?
Man... This is pretty bad. Real scratched up, and I'm gentle on my phone. Is there any cover I can put over it similar to a screen protector?
Mine is scratched to after 3days. Only flaw worth the phone imo.

Sapphire will scratch. Just not as bad as glass.
Scratch free here, but my case keeps the lens lifted off surfaces, not sure if that is a big factor or not.
Using a case I don't see how you could scratch it up, even when I wear a nice watch with sapphire I am careful not to bang into things. Heck I'm always careful not to bump into stuff and hurt myself lol. Seriously tho I know some folks like to go naked with their phones and appreciate the form factor but one downside is its going to get scuffed up. I had a Rado watch once and you couldn't scratch that ceramic, that would be a good material to make a phone shell from.
I got 1 scratch. I don't know how i got it because i baby this phone

I never use screen protectors but I think I'll grab the good one at T-Mobile that they painstakingly put on since I would screw it up, case and that if it manages to get a scratch I'll freak out lol

I'd be surprised if you scratch it if you're even casually nice to your phone. Can't say the same for glass, even special glasses. It'll shatter, but you have to really abuse sapphire to scratch it.
So how do these scratches on the lens affect picture quality?
This is probably obvious but, the phone came with a little plastic disk over the lens. You did peel it off...??

Mine is Verizon, but the disk over the lense was a bugger to get off. I'd think they'd all come with it from the factory. IDK...
Micro scratches do not effect image quality. Unless the scratch is deep enough to refract light, then it doesn't matter.
But if you are really worried about it (ocd) then you can sometimes buff out a scratched lens by using a purified water and alcohol mixture. Dip a microfiber cloth into the solution and buff out lens... then use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe clean.

N2 glass screen protector on a N3

I ordered some note 2 glass screen protectors cause I thought I would have the n2 for quite some time but I came across a deal I couldn't pass up on Craigslist for a note 3. So I put the n2 glass screen protector on the n3. It fit pretty decent for being for a N2. It would fit even better if I wouldn't have put it on crooked lol. The glass screen protectors were 10 dollars shipped on eBay.

Thats actually a good idea. I just got my Note 3 yesterday and my screen protectors are not coming in until Monday. In the meantime I was afraid of something happening. I am going to throw my spare Note 2 screen protector on it for now.
The phone has gorilla glass 3, I have yet to scratch an old pos HTC thunderbolt or skyrocket. Money better spent on a square trade warranty.
Currently I put iSmooth Note 2 screen protector as temporary.
MIME will come tomorrow.

I tried using a screen protector but it was really hard to move the S-Pen across the screen. It wasn't smooth. It was like moving it across a rubber surface.

That sucks, but general use won't damage a screen, that takes some serious abuse.
Body guards makes a good glass protector, worth the $.

Sand and glass don't mix, a possible bur on keys, I've already jammed a aluminum flashlight into my pocket with the phone against the screen, no sharp edges, it did no damage. If you wear a ring with exposed stones, that too can damage. In and out of a clean pocket will do nothing, unlike the older phones.
I'd never let my fiance use a phone without a screen protector, she'd damage it in a day, depends how conscious you are of the screen.
Still cheaper to get a square trade at this point, 99 and then 100 deductible, replacing the screen is very difficult on this phone, you are more likely to break more in the process, plus it is still more $ than the warranty. Best of luck.

I had this exact problem when I initially installed my screen protector. It was extremely tough to use the S-Pen and felt extremely rubbery. The next day, I tried the S-Pen again and it was absolutely smooth and normal.
I think that there was something left on the screen protector after I initially removed the thin plastic film that they stick to it for shipping.
