The app is not deodexed, so it won't work with deodexed ROMs.

Is their a widget that will work with a deoxded Rom that's similar to the LG G2 clock weather widget

I've been using the 1weather app/widget. Has some customization to it like tapping the clock opens the alarm and ability to change all the font colors. Backgrounds on the widget aren't as nice, but still ok.

Any way to change the buttons on the radial menu?

I want to change the buttons that pop up when you pull the home button up, but I haven't found the setting for it, any help would be appreciated

As far as I know you would have to flash an aosp rom to either change or disable them.
