Back up apps/menu's

Hello
Is there anyway of backing up the Andrid Menu, or a quicker way of moving them.
I have an order of apps on page 1, then put apps i dont use on screen 5 or 6, out the way.

I just asked cause some launchers can save your homescreen configuration and maybe even the position of your apps.

I've noticed in fullscreen apps that if u pull down where the bar would be it will show up and then u can use it. Even works in the camera
