I kind of wiping my /system partition when I trying to do a factory reset using TWRP. I know this is a stupid mistake, so is there anyone can upload his /system or any other method that I can make my pad back to live? Many thanks!

Thanks a lot
I did the same thing! What I did was downloaded clean rom 1.3 on computer and adb sideload cleanrom1.3.zip in recovery. That installed the Rom for me.

I tried to change the DPI, now I'm on boot loop. I have no backup. I have TWRP recovery, but trying to side load a new ROM via abd says "* cannot read 'sideload' *". I've tried to use the file explorer in TWRP to fine build.prop to edit it manually but that's not working either..
What can I do? Thank you so much!

As a last resort you could always back up your data and flash stock/whatever rom you want on your phone then restore the data.
wipe and flash a new ROM or the same one again.

Reflash your ROM & it will resore the default build.prop. I've never messed with the sideload option in TWRP but if you're booted into TWRP you should have adb access (no sideload function needed)
Don't know what was going on in my head but here goes:
Was in the middle of formatting my data so I could install a new rom. Accidently deleted EVERYTHING including the System.
I was able to get into recovery mode before but now I can't. Another problem I ran into was being unable to mount while in recovery.
Any help?
Use adb to push a ROM to your SD and then flash it.
You can't mount from recovery with this phone. It doesn't support ums.
You'll have to push a ROM to your phone while booted in recovery.
The command is:
adb push nameofzip.zip /sdcard/

Managed to get back into TWRP.
I'm trying to push a rom but I'm getting a "Device not found" in the cmd prompt.
Can anyone please help?
I'm trying to push a rom but it's failing with a "Read-Only File system" error.

Mount the file system as R/W. Seriously dude, Google is your friend. Stop panicking and use you brain to work through this.
Edit: If you still can't get it, just use fastboot to flash the stock images. Follow efrant's guide stickied in general.

I've already remounted using "adb remount".
Same error. Thanks anyway.

Adb remount is not mounting your filesystem as R/W.
Edit: Your SD card should already be R/W. It sounds like you're trying to push the file to system.

There are plenty of mirrors to the factory images on XDA you just have to search for them.
After you find factory images if you can't figure out how to ADB Push, try reading how to fastboot flash.

Glad you got it fixed. You should post the steps you used for the next person who does this.
Hi,
This all started off when i tried to use a SoftKey mod app and when I opened it up, I accidently clicked Restore Backup and then the phone restarted and my status bar and navigation keys dissapeared. I looked at the SystemUI.apk in system/app and found it had a 0.00kb size. I then tried to replace the SystemUI.apk which when rebooted, caused a constant force close. I then booted a custom recovery and replaced the framework-res.apk, the SystemUI.apk and then the .odex file. I then tried to reboot and found it was stuck in a bootloop.
I wiped both the dalvik cache and the other cache as well as wiped my data. After reboot, It started upgrading the apps and after it had finished, It started its bootloop again. Now I don't know how to get my phone back to an operational standard. Could someone please tell me how I can boot back to the OS?
If you are running a custom ROM you should reflash it.
If you are running stock flash the stock image.

You can either adb side load a custom ROM or push it to SD.
Command would be adb push nameoffile.zip /sdcard/
Otherwise you can flash the stock image using fastboot.

If you did a nandroid with the bad SystemUi it will bootloop again when restoring it. If you just restore userdata it should be fine.

I wanted to install cyanogenmod on my Nexus 4 so I installed CWM recovery through ADB and then booted to it from the phone.
Before doing anything I wanted to do a Nandroid Backup but something went wrong (I suspect storage space)
So I tried to boot the device to delete some files, but I can't get past the boot screen
I still dont have any roms on the device so I cant flash them and I can't figure out how to access the SD Card, I've read it doesnt work from CWM on Nexus devices
I would try to wipe data cache or maybe lock/unlock from fastboot and hope it gets back to normal but I wanted to hear your thoughts before messing it up even more.
What dou you think?
Thanks in advance!
You can try sideloading a rom onto it if you flash TWRP.

Thank you Wiping the cache did solve it however.
Also, if this happens to someone else and wiping the cache doesnt solve it, CWM has also got a sideload install option

What are your steps for install? If it's happening across three ROMs, I would be willing to say it might be the install procedures. With most stock ROMs, you need to mount system. Most AOSP ROMs have a mount script included. Do your wipes, reboot recovery, and mount system. Then flash.

I would try to reboot recovery and then mount system. Some people have found that system doesn't actually mount if you don't reboot, even though it shows it is.
