Hey everyone.
I have just started making an Icon Pack and want to upload it to Google Play Stores, I have just registered and paid the $25 to join it and then it asks to upload the APK File... now...
I have the Icons, but they are obviously not an APK yet, but how do I do so? Every time I search for 'How do I create apk icon pack for google play store' all I get it loads of Icon packs on the google play store.
Any help will be greatful...
P.S. I have eclipse and all that, but Eclipse wont start for me. Screenshot below on what I get when I try to open it.
Either no1 knows or this is an inappropriate thread?

I now have a fulle Timescape UI rom on my Verizon Xplay, and it runs awesome. Love it. Problem is that when I go to the android market to download and install some of the plug-ins I am unable to as it says I have a Verizon Xplay which does not come with Timescape.
I am wondering if it would be against the rules if I were to ask on this thread if anyone has o would be willing to post the plug-ins for the following app to this thread so that I may download and install them, to enjoy.

-Again if this request is against the rules I apoligize. All the aaps are free its just I cant download them.
Open /system/build.prop with a text editor and replace all R800x references with R800i.
Also, change the operator name from Verizon to AT&T and change the numeric sim operator from 310012 to 310410.
Save and exit the build.prop and restart your phone.
Your phone should be able to get those timescape apps and also, you'll be able to download PS1 games from the Playstation Pocket app.

Ok, I changed all references of R800x to R800i and changed the sim line and Verizon to AT&T. Still the same. I open up the gameloft app and it shows r800i but the market still does not show any timescape apps.
Ok, I lied. I was able to download/install the timescape apps I wanted from the market. My phone showed up as a Verizon R800i. Butthe important matter is I got the stuff. Neato. Thank you 16bitify
Hmm that is strange. I'm looking at the market and can see those apps you mentioned on the market. I'm going to upload my build.prop so you can see it for comparison.
If that doesn't work, let me know so I can just upload the apk of those files for you.

Google play store disappeared from my phone, I can't seem to get it to re-install it, any options? or direct link to the apk file?

Try going here.
Try logging out if google on your phone and logging back in.

I know this isn't any help but I'd think you'd pretty much be hosed if you couldn't get Google play to work. Yeah you could go through the play store through a browser and http but that would be such a pain in the butt to deal with and deal with updates. Sounds like something is seriously wrong with your rom/setup.
Which ROM are you using asop or touchwiz?

Hi everyone,
I will try to make it short to not bother you reading this post.
I made ne app using google map, got my api key, all is fine.
When I test my app on my phone via the SDK, the map appear and all is ok.
I compiled my app, send the apk on the google market, I download my app, installed it and now google map doesn't appear?
I check the statistics of my api key on the console developer of google... no requests anymore!
Did somebody can tell me what to do please? If you want to try the app you can find it on google play under the name Croatia Real Estate or find it buy my developer name pgx design.

My phone isn't rooted so I can't pull the apk from my phone.... =/

Just trying to do my part. I have Google Drive on my ADT-1, I just use "share" on the KN app and it's available within a few seconds or so. Bear in mind there will still be a handful of apps that don't work.
Also, you're probably already aware of this, but in your web browser (even on Chrome on the Nexus Player or ADT-1) you can go to play.google.com/store and search for apps then choose which device to send it to from there. There are quite a few apps that are completely compatible with the Android TV devices, they just don't show up in the Play Store app (probably because they don't have all the appropriate icon packs, etc). Saves a little bit of time that way.
I pray that this is the right place for this. I have Google services and all that jazz set up on my fire hd 8 and that's all well and fine. However I'm getting one for my kid this weekend. I used an apk that was posted here to install all correct google apks so I didn't have to manually do it. Can somebody help me find the apk? It was a life and time saver and I accidentally deleted it. It was called something along the lines of googleinstaller .
My dumba$$ found it saved on an old sdcard. Here it is if anybody wants it. Mods feel free to close thread. Sorry for wasting time !
