Use the Q&A section for these types of posts: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2259
I'm assuming you're rooted? If so, use the goo manager app to install twrp and the rom manager app to install cwm. They both work well.

[Request] Can someone please dump MF3 system components

I managed to get the ATT update files and restore the bootloader, but I have no system to boot into, nor do I have recovery image. Needs to be able to be pushed via odin or heimdall.

Is it possible to restore specific files/folders through Odin or Heimdall? I'm in a similar situation and am trying to restore /system/build.prop or /system/apps back to original through Odin mode or flashing in stock recovery.
I would be interested in seeing how this works out for you. Good Luck!
Nope. At this time not possible.

Will give it a try when I get home from work.
That is a custom ROM made from MF3. It has had the files removed that blow the qfuse. As of right now, we cannot flash anything to any device that either was updated to or came with MF3 via Odin or heimdall.

Check out the fix for Kies thread in General. If you indeed have an intact MF3 bootloader on your phone the "fix' in that thread might get your system back for you, but you'll just have to read the thread and decide if you want to try it for yourself. Good luck.
I swapped out the phone for a refurb

Odin to get back to stock?

I am on NAE baseband and the stock posted here and also the Sac's rom has too many issues to apply fix manually. I am giving my S4 to my wife and wanted to go back to full stock (with root) if possible. Is there an Odin package available? I have tried to search but couldn't find anything. Can someone please point me to right link? Thanks in advance for any help.

First of all... this question belongs to the q & a section... this is the original development section, you should not post these questions here...
As for your problem you have to flash your phone with stock firmware using odin to fully unroot your phone.
