hi guys i m using the Samsung galaxy S4 i9500 I dont have any knowledge about rooting of device . I m here to know that my phone is having issues after upgrading to android lollipop 5.0.1 the issues are like hanging,battery drain,app crash, etc so i want to know that does the rooting solve my issue If does then please suggest me what mod should i go for i also dont know which build is to use 11 or 12 so please help me with this

Reading your issue, you need a factory reset (As it name saids, it erase your apps and data and puts your phone like when you buy it).
Go to Settings > General > Backup and reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset device.

Hello, I'm hardbricked my phone by downgrading it from 5.0.2 to 4.4, searched for help and found some information abaut JIG and unbrick.img, but can't find that file, can someone help me? sorry for my bad english.

By odin, not first time flashing custom rooms or downgrading, but this time I forget to wipe and factory reset the phone and now I have complete dead phone.

I want to reset the device to the factory settings, do you know if it will damage rom and root to reset it?
If you restore the device to factory settings, will the rom and root be deleted?

It should go back to when you 1st installed the refined rom.
