change language (FR -> EN)

Hello all.
Excuse me for bad English.
I have bought PDA in France, but Windows it has appeared on french language. Advise please as it is possible to change language of system. I think, that it is necessary to change ROM. Where I can download? I shall be grateful for the reference to the instruction on change ROM.

Woxter - is it possible

Hello,
I have one Woxter Pocket PC - This one but I have a problem - it's in Spanish and I cannot find a way to make it in English, because I am from Bulgaria and I don't speak Spanish, so it's hell of a problem . I was wondering if there's a way to make it in English I mean - the whole Windows mobile not only some menus but everything, I download from somewhere other language packages for Russian and so on but they do not translated the OS at 100% and tones of menus disappeared. I am considering another option - to reinstall the Pocket PC because a friend of mine gave me some version of Windows Mobile 6 (he said that he had downloaded it from somewhere).
So the Question is - is it possible to make it in English at all or it's better to reinstall it and if the reinstall is prefered solution could someone advice me where to read some tips because I'm lame in such things like mobile phones .

Change Language of Vista

For me it works well English to French without problem.

Voice recongnizer will not work until you add a proper registry entry :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech\Recognizers\Tokens\MS-xxxx-80-DESK
for your language.
The author plans to add it after it fixes x64 edition.

Help:Changing Language From German To English

I decided to change my CMC code to ODT to match my German ROM to see if I can use Kies for updating firmware. However, now everything is in German I cannot find where the place is in settings to change to english. Can someone help me please locate the place? I am running ICS and should have made a note where in settings to change the language first. If you can open settings and give instructions how to reach the line which changes the language that would be great.

I managed to find a video on You Tube showing how to change the language and did it that way.

HELP ! Need Chinese ROM or language pack

Hello Everyone.
Thank you for reading my post ! So i followed the trial rooted the S4 AT&t version with " Motorsport" I think that's the name of the program.
How do I install the Chinese language operating system , ( Not keyboard input ) where can I find international ROM in the forum? Or other method to add more language option .

just install one of those system locale program free from play store and change it to chinese.. it'll change all ur menus etc into chinese without the keyboard input
