I would get S3, just because I don't like the fact that HTC lock their bootloader, and have a non-removable battery

S3

What sgs3 do i have?

Hi what type of sgs3 do i have? I bought my Samsung galaxy s3 (GT-i9300) at Siba AB in Sweden and now since the forum is changed i don't have a clue any more... My device is rooted and running ParanoidAndroid 1.5, does it even matters what type i have?
AT&T Galaxy S III
Sprint Galaxy S III
T-Mobile Galaxy S III
Verizon Galaxy S III
My guess is that this is some type of carrier locks?
Whats the differences?
Sorry for being a noob when it comes to this, and sorry for my bad English.
none of the above you have the i9300 international which has a different forum
You most likely have the international version which has its own section. These are all American carrier locked galaxy s3s.
As for the difference..international has exynos quad core processor and 1 gig ram whereas American and Canadian versions have dual core and 2 gig of ram. One version of the galaxy s3 in America(Verizon) is also boot loader locked.
Scroll down a bit further and you will see the Samsung Galaxy S III I9300 forum.
Thanks

Adobe Flash Player

I know the Adobe Flash Player is supposed to be deprecated and no longer supported, but what about accessing websites that require it? Does the Adobe Air that is in the play store work for this?

Adobe Flash Player for Android was deprecated as of September 2013 but a link to it is here (scroll halfway down the page and select the last android version for Android 4.X as specified in the middle of the page):

I've got the file in my downloads and under security I turned on the ability to install apps from places other than the Google Play Store. When I try to run the file downloaded to install it, I get a Window with two buttons; Cancel and Install. When I click on Install - nothing happens. The Cancel button works but not the Install button. What gives?

Mhm. Did not know that you could get it for 4.X at all. Thanks
If you could help me figure out how to install the freaking thing I would be ever so grateful.

Just scroll down to the Android versions. Download and install it. What seems to be so hard?
I use JuiceDefender and I had to disable that to install the FlashPlayer. Long story unless you are a heavy JuiceDefender user...

I've used JD, but probably not as heavy as you. I've never used it om any 2.X ROMs so I dunno how it works with Flash Player on those. Isn't there a setting for most things including Flash Player? I think you could manually customize the settings instead of using the presets.

[Q] Car/Auto Mode

Is there a car mode or driving mode for the Note 3 and if so, what launches

Llama will launch car mode but not the hands free mode. Don't know what the difference is except car mode doesn't read text and has a different svoice menu.
I meant out of the box. It's called hands free mode? Are there other modes?

Try the Verizon Note 3 sub forum, here is mainly Intl users who aren't up to date with US variants.

[Q] Lock screen camera Icon for KitKat

I just upgraded to KitKat. I heard that I can put the camera Icon onto the lock screen for quick access. How do I do that (I am using a pin for unlock)?

I may be wrong but I think you can only do this 1 of 2 ways.. either you have to have "Swipe" to unlock, which leaves your phone vunerable.. Or enable "Multiple Widgets" on lock screen and see if you can put it there.. (the second option I have not tested).
I see no "Multiple Widgets" option. Where is it? Can you post a screen shot?
