Try the Verizon Note 3 sub forum, here is mainly Intl users who aren't up to date with US variants.

I know the Adobe Flash Player is supposed to be deprecated and no longer supported, but what about accessing websites that require it? Does the Adobe Air that is in the play store work for this?

Adobe Flash Player for Android was deprecated as of September 2013 but a link to it is here (scroll halfway down the page and select the last android version for Android 4.X as specified in the middle of the page):

I've got the file in my downloads and under security I turned on the ability to install apps from places other than the Google Play Store. When I try to run the file downloaded to install it, I get a Window with two buttons; Cancel and Install. When I click on Install - nothing happens. The Cancel button works but not the Install button. What gives?

Mhm. Did not know that you could get it for 4.X at all. Thanks
If you could help me figure out how to install the freaking thing I would be ever so grateful.

Just scroll down to the Android versions. Download and install it. What seems to be so hard?
I use JuiceDefender and I had to disable that to install the FlashPlayer. Long story unless you are a heavy JuiceDefender user...

I've used JD, but probably not as heavy as you. I've never used it om any 2.X ROMs so I dunno how it works with Flash Player on those. Isn't there a setting for most things including Flash Player? I think you could manually customize the settings instead of using the presets.
How do I get other applications into the Pen Window that shows up so I can select other applications to put into their own windows? There arevery few Windows availablefor this... Right now I cannot put most of my apps into their own windows...

A quick search in the 'Apps' forum:

Needs Root, however.
There must be another way. Why is root required, specifically?

If you read the thread, you will see that certain files need to be updated:
Fouth, run the app and enable superuser/root permissions. (it needs permission to save changes)

Llama will launch car mode but not the hands free mode. Don't know what the difference is except car mode doesn't read text and has a different svoice menu.
I meant out of the box. It's called hands free mode? Are there other modes?

I just upgraded to KitKat. I heard that I can put the camera Icon onto the lock screen for quick access. How do I do that (I am using a pin for unlock)?

I may be wrong but I think you can only do this 1 of 2 ways.. either you have to have "Swipe" to unlock, which leaves your phone vunerable.. Or enable "Multiple Widgets" on lock screen and see if you can put it there.. (the second option I have not tested).
I see no "Multiple Widgets" option. Where is it? Can you post a screen shot?
