[Q] USB Debugging in Paranoid Android - Nexus 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys, running PA 3.65. How do you get to the USB Debugging setting?

Do you have developer options enabled? I'm pretty sure you have to enable them first. Go to "About tablet" and tap "Build number" seven times.

Have you switched on USB debugging mode in developer settings? (To un-grey developer settings you have to press the "build number" line in "about phone" 7 times)

[Q] Unable to enable USB Debugging on CM 10.1

Hello,
My Nexus 4 is running CM 10.1 (20130405 build) with Faux123 Kernel (012 version) and latest SuperSU in system partition and I'm unable to enable USB Debugging : when I connect my Nexus 4 to the PC, the Debug icon doesn't show and when I try to uncheck it, it reboots :/
What can I do ?
Thanks in advance
How to enable USB debugging?
Just go to Settings > about phone and keep tapping the Build Number button.
Bingo! Your developer options and Performance settings will be turned on.
Awesomeness of CMteam.
Click thanks if it worked.

assuming you have the developer options enabled,
I would try using the stock CM kernel
Why are you running SuperSU? Superuser is already built into the ROM. I don't believe that's the reboot issue but it seems kinda silly

USB Debugging

just got home with the G2. downloaded, and installed drivers. cant get the device to show the USB debugging notification.
Is your device rooted? Did you enable developer option? USB debugging has to be enabled in "Developer Options" under setting. You have to enable it first. To do so, you should go to Settings, About Phone, Software Information, and then repeatedly tap "Build Number" until it says "Developer Option Now Enabled".

Hiding Developer Options on Android:
Once activated, the Developer Options on devices with Android 4.3 or above remain visible. You will not find a single option that lets you revert back to the state when it was hidden. However, there is still a way to hide Developer Options on Android device. To do this, you will have to boot your device into Recovery Mode and perform a “data/factory reset”.

[Q] [HELP] My USB Debug and Take bug report checkmarks are greyed out

I have a Galaxy S4 that is running Android 4.4 and I am trying to activate the 'USB debugging' option but it appears to be greyed out along with the 'Take Bug Report'. These and other options under the Debugging tab are the only things that are greyed out. I am pretty sure I have the newest driver software for my phone that I got from the Samsung website. I know that I can only turn the USB debugging on when the phone is not connected to the computer and I have my phone set to connect by MTP. Ask if you need any more info.
