Actually in my old optimus black I had the launcher xperia z, g optimus razr i, all ported to the device with installation via cwm, so only work on android 4.1 will not work in 4.2.

Yep, just download and click on the .apk and it should automatically install. As for the source of that .apk I can't find it but maybe @chromium96 knows what it is.

Try pushing the apk to system/app and change permissions to rw-r-r
---------- Post added at 05:55 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:47 PM ----------
Or try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39336732
Just installed that as a normal user app (no pushing to system) and it works fine.

Themes: Install the standard app.

First try installing it like a normal app. If its not working then you can move on to installing it as a system app.
Could you be more clear with the problem that occurs when you try to push apps to system?

Did you set the permissions correctly after you had copied the file?
-EDIT- And by that I mean copy it to /system/media and set permissions to rw-r--r-- ?

The same happents when/if you installed an app called twilight...which creates an overlay on your screen makes it redish while the day passes to don't hurt your eyes..what ever application creates overlays like holo or this app prevents apps from installing...
