They didn't drop support for gingerbread on the wildfire.

I am using the new nightly on a full fresh install and it is very fast and stable. I was on cm9 for the last few months but had to get off it today as the sheer slowness of it was driving me nuts. This really is the best rom for the old fella.

From what I know Buzz has never been dropped from CM7. There haven't been enough capacities to do the nightly builds for a while.
Buzz will never get any official CM9 support though as CM9 simply is made for devices with better hardware capabilities
Swyped from my HTC Wildfire (Buzz)
is it stable enought? on my wildfire doesnt work any cm7, ony cm6 ... is the new one worth to install it now?

like I've mentioned before new CM7 nightlies are released every week or so - all the releases are here: http://download.cyanogenmod.com/?device=buzz
Regarding your problems with CM7 versions: it definitely must be on your side as most of the people don't seem to have issues with CM7 (including me). For me it's pretty stable.
What problems are you facing? Any error messages? What exactly doesn't work?

unfortunately there is no sense version for ICS available for the HD2. mainly due to the fact development had stopped by the time new sense (aka 4.0) came out and there were many difficulties in porting the system files.
also as most of the developers have work in their own life and presumably acquired newer devices they have headed to other parts of this forum which are worth investing their time in.
so in simple words. NO. you cant find any sense with any ICS combination.
plus you better prepare yourself cos this is the wrong section you have asked your question in. this shud have been asked in the Q and A
No, there is not.
Use sense 3.5 build of your choice instead on GB

doesn't always mean that its gonna run 4.2 .. Our device can barely run 4.1.1, and with the multiple accounts featured on the 4.2, i don't think any of the developers would even try and port 4.2 for our device, and honestly, even 4.1.1 is still WIP and has bugs..
h'm.
4.2 has better chance than 5.xx right???
so this thread was just to inform people that 4.2 is out and not 5.xx....
p.s - you already knew Google will release 4.2 instead 5.xx??

Here buddy.. talk all u want..

according to the latest news of Ivan Autumn, “u+年后由drt团队更新。目前仅限于4.1,我准备跳过4.2,等5.0。 @pikachukaki4 @ax918” --- quoted from Ivan's Sina Weibo (a chinese mini blog like twitter), which means U8800pro's devs are gonna be updated by the drt team (a branch of Shendu team) after Chinese lunar new year, but only supporting 4.1 so far. He himself will skip 4.2, and wait for 5.0.
so as we can happily see 4.2 is NOT the END of U8800pro!!!
everybody hooray!!!
Breaking news, but... Why do we want android 5 KLP for our device? Fix 4.2 or 4.1 full first time...

people always want their devices to keep up2date, and new stuffs are always being welcomed. if there really is KLP, that will make everyone of us feel Upro is quite a legend!!! and awesome still, 4.1 is surely to be fixed soon!
like Huawei is going to release u8800pro base for KLP..lets have a working 4.2.1 for a start.KLP won't be out till late summer 2013..
Great thread ...
Hooooraaayyyyy android 5 is coming ...
Great , great , great , we don't even have a stable GB rom yet , and we are ready for android 5 ...
Please when android 6 and 7 or maybe 10 will be released , pleeeeeaaaase inform us immediately ....

I haven't yet figured out what you want to do with your phone. I with ics do not have stock and b928 I never had any problems. Reflect
Shouldnt ppl try to make stable ICS rom first? JB is buggy as hell, and now they talk about 5 already?
And maybe someone could point out most stable ICS rom which is most stable right now?

i guess official KLP is nearly impossible, and let's not hope 4.2.1 to be perfect, all i wish is that 4.1's bugs can be fixed, and have a KLP to have a taste of.

the official b928 works very well to me, after rooting it, unlocking fps and altering the kernal with geno's overclock one, it is running super smooth and stable with a perfect touch screen. i think this is the most stable ics. if you need any help or there is any questions, just email me. Good joke
That's good news but I think that a stable 4.1 or 4.2.1 would be better. Now about drt team. I'm quite sure that pika has already said that. Ivan stopped working on U+ and gave his work to drt team to continue. Now about KLP is STILL just a rumor. Nothing released yet. Remember that Huawei has completely abandoned this phone (oldest rom by Huawei for U+ is ICS)

i'm using the one i attached below, i get this directly from a Chinese forum, so i'm not sure if it is the same one as Pika have posted (but i guess so). so far for like 2 weeks i have not yet come across any random reboots..... not once it's working stable to me.
Good News
We can try the new features on our phone is a good thing, If someone need stability can go 2.2 ROMs, And someone need good features can try the new version. I don’t think that everyone updating their phone is for stability. Waiting for it…………………
Oh no ... 2 weeks, it will write sh1t here in this thread. There is nothing new but still a new topic. Someone has to clean up. Please!

While it's good news that you've started development for this phone, we don't allow placeholder threads such as this. Once you have something for people to download, it's then fine that you create a thread but nothing before that
