Sonic CD won't have the touch overlay, that will be the only difference out of the 4 titles available.

I think its a bug in the game, maybe a memory leak that's taken up all the memory. Does it happen all the time when you load the save game?

Most likely just a bug in the game. I'd send the screenshot to the developer and not worry about it.
I'm confused but I understand that nexus 7 is a tegra 3 device. Google nexus 7 webpage claims nexus 7 can play galaxy on fire. However, Google play is saying galaxy on fire is not compatible with nexus 7.

There you go-you've answered your own question. When a major OS update comes along, some apps needs to be updated for compatibility. It would seem that's your issue.

It doesn't have 4.2 support yet, lost it on Nexus 7 as well. It took a few months for them to get it updated for 4.1 before.
Netflix looks terrible, too.
HBO Go just got an update for JB 4.2! Optimized for 10 tablets as well

Seems like it's compatible with the Nexus 7 2013, which has almost the same internal specs.
