Hello I have an XT 905 and I can confirm for you that both PacMan and Carbon ROM both work on our phones, they can be located in the RAZR M's android dev thread.

Ah thanks man! for instance I thought no has 905 in this planet anymore :laugh:
Haha Australia has the XT905 only from knowledge. You can unlock the boot loader from moto website I think.

i also have xt905 jbbl and i tried few roms but didn't succeed . Recently i downloaded the mokee 60.1 for xt907 because someone told me that this will gonna work on xt905. But didn't yet try that one coz i m not sure. and also i can't find out the suitable gapps.

So I got my RAZR m about a month ago and I'm thinking about flashing a rom. What do you guys think is the best first ROM to start with. Whats the most stable, fastest, easiest rom.?

if you want a stock rom the bare bones rom is really good
Could someone post the links to some of the alternate kernels that get mentioned in the Dev section? They are harder to find then hen's teeth! Specifically, Vanquishkitties, arrrghhh's kernel and bytecode's kernel. Any others will also be appreciated. Just be sure they are for the XT907. I accidently flashed an XT926 kernel which allowed my phone to boot just fine but I had no touch screen controls! Seemed like it was hours (but actually only a few minutes) before I could manage to get it into the bootloader and then into recovery. I really don't want to relive that little thrill!

vanquishkitties and byttecodes kernels are one in the same and it is a xt926 kernel but works on our phone just fine http://www.droidrzr.com/index.php/topic/17804-kernel-code-kernel-7113/ thats the link for it

So it's normal for your PC to report you having an XT926 plugged in instead of an XT907 when using this kernel. I thought I was screwed!

I believe the kernel was made for the XT926, but since the XT907 uses the same kernel it would be normal to have it read as an XT926

PAC man Rom nightly builds
Hi, for the Droid RAZR XT912 / 910 the nightly builds have stopped again, this time on 6-5-14. I get no response in the pac man thread for the RAZR. The maintainer for the device doesn't seem to monitor the thread or may no longer be maintaining the device. It really is a good rom but the RAZR is being neglected.
