 Just go to settings>apps>app managment and clear data/cache from superuser app (You find superuser app in "all apps tab" or "system app tab"). And then restart your phone I think it will help you.
:thumbup:DON'T FORGET TO GIVE A THANKS IF I HAVE A BIT SUCCESS TO HELP YOU:thumbup:

Something is very wierd. I unistalled set cpu and installed cpu master pro. When i reboot my sgy, the cpu frequency goes to1248, but sometime after that, it goes back to 832 eventhough the min and max frequencies are 1248, i don't know what to do now =(

Solution !?? Uninstall superuser using link2sd then download supersu apk from xda and then push the apk to system/app using root explorer.. Reboot your phone
Open supersu then install new binary

overclocking... right at end and running into a problem

So i get to the gscript point and cpoc works fine but when i go to run noreboot and oshitttt i get this message... "delete_module vision oc" failed"... I put the vision OC file on the root directory... first folder as it opens not within a folder on the SD card... so i don't get why it is not working?
Please help!
PS. I am using this video to walk me through it.

I have the same problem. I have SetCPU with custom frequencies, but it is not moving from 806MHz, even though all my profiles are set with higher values.
I have perma-root using the VISIONary process and I am able to access SU. Superuser also is set to ALLOW SetCPu, I can't find anything that can over clock it.
Just so you know I get to 6:17 in the video and that where I run into the problem.

How can I tell if my atrix is properly rooted?

I'm a little confused guys.
I pretty much followed the instructions for part 1 and 2 here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=12631216&postcount=2911
I flashed my phone back to 1.2.6 then ran the before update script. Then updated, then ran the after update script. I am able to download .apk files and run them without being pestered. But I tried to run boot strap, and nothing would happen when i hit "Recovery boot". I know the gignger blur installation instructions says to make sure I'm plugged in to an AC charger so I did. Didn't work. I plugged it into my car charger. Didn't work. Tried my USB cable connected to the PC for sh*ts and giggles, but still nothing.
So I though maybe my phone isn't rooted properly? I googled a little and found this: http://androidforums.com/32282-post3.html
I installed the terminal app and ran su and it said permission denied. But I think I am able to access /data/app-private (I type in cd /data/app-private and it doesn't do anything so I assume I'm in the app-private directory, no?)
...So I guess I'm just here to ask, am I going in the right direction to check to see if my phone is rooted? Any other way of checking to see if I'm rooted correctly? I'm not exactly looking for the easy way, I'm looking for the correct way.
Any help is appreciated =)
If you are properly rooted, there will be an application called Superuser in your app tray.

Open up Superuser and make sure it is in your "allow" list.

When I open up superuser it only says "No apps in list" under my Apps tab. And hitting the menu button (the button with the 4 squares) does nothing whenI'm in the Apps tab.
Strange... So when you type "su" in the terminal, does it give you a pop-up to allow superuser access?

Nope, just says "Permission denied"
Try switching usb settings from none to storage then back to none, and also uncheck usb debug and recheck it. I know when I updated my phone to restore root that is what I had to do or I would get premission denied.

Still no luck, I think I might have lost root ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=12685034&postcount=3303 )
How do you even loose root?
Yes, you don't have root. I was in a similar situation when I first tried the Mac version of aRoot. There was a bug in the script so I didn't actually get rooted, but it installed superuser anyway so I thought I was. Anything that requires root will simply fail.

Hi my settings only allow but dont solved my problem
Go into settings>manage apps>superuser and clear data. When you open Link2SD it should ask you to allow or deny SU permissions, and obviously you should allow.

The app/log list will be empty because you cleared the data as I suggested. They're not important anyway tbh.

[Q] I dont have full root aces. Can you help me?

I have LG optimus one and Iam try new rom Omnirom beta 7 and beta 7.1. Iam saw ther isnt any superuser app and Iam try flash SuperSU (chainfire) and SuperUser (CloakWorkMod) with cwm recowery 6.4.0.6 and twrp 2.7.0.0.
Now I can run some apps like a total commander with superuser aces, Rom manager, but Iam style not can run titanium backup and lot of more. Sorry my English. Thanks for all reply.
Just FYI it is recommended to run twrp and su. Regarding you question: can you use the functionality that requires root in the apps you mentioned to be working? If not you simply have no su access at all. In case you can run them go into the su UI under settings and see if you can manually grant su permission to TiB and the like. It seems strange to me that super user should only work for some of your apps. I might be wrong though, I'm no expert.

Geenify can't get root permission

I have installed super su and when open greenify app the grant permission screen not poping up so I can't give root permission... Greenify was working fine before but messed up after updating greenify app
I had the same issue.Just check ifvypuvhave a SuperSU update and try again.
U see the 'next' tag on greenify on your pic, click on it as soon as greenify go checking for root access just don't wait for the result.
Try it,worked for me.thank u
Or what u can do is when asked about whether ur device is rooted or not click on I'm not sure now greenify will launch.then go to settings change working mode as root. Its done

You can change root access setting from development options in your phone setting (if you are using custom rom).
