LOL I was myself stuck in this situation. I Flashed a CM10 build with CWM instead of TWRP, then I found the option by selecting 'go back' at the CWM main menu and going to file system tools in the menu that appears.
ok.my battery lost her power now how can i charge it?it doesnot work on the regular charger.

How do I not have my own thread in my sig and you do? :/ only one way to fix this. . . . .
REMOVE IT NOW OR I KILL YOU!!! lol jk
um if u delete the apk's and you do a system wipe, it bricks your device. still, could u boot into CWM even if the main OS (android) is bricked?

Yes you can in fact, back up in cwm before you delete system stuff and you can respite your system from there.our if you didn't back up, you can still bit in to cwm and flash a clean rom
Isn't the only way to brick it by deleting the boot partition in recovery without an operational system partition installed? Or does cwm not have an option to self terminate? Ie "I cannot self terminate" ( Said in ahnold shwatzenhagga voice)

Nah.. that's just going to wipe your kernel and OS side boot image out. You'll still have CWM and the ability to install a new rom. In fact, the device will likely boot into recovery without a valid boot image though i wouldn't test it!
On the amon recovery app used on the evo 4g phones, you normally would wipe both system and boot before a new rom is installed.. CWM just doesn't get that in depth with wiping options as it should.
Check this out for some very good reference...

Small warning for newbies as me, just in case.
I have Xperia Arc S, rooted, locked BL.
I changed rom and during this operation I pressed wrong key .
The sequence was as here:
- I wipped all to factory reset
- then in Mounts and Storage I wiped \system and \boot partitions
- then in Advanced I wipped Dalvik Cache
- then my fingers pressed wrong key when I was on Reboot Recovery option but it was too late.
Phone trying to reboot but there was no CWM recovery as it is installed on \system and I just wipped all to factory reset .
Of course such situation can be simply fixed by Flashtool, but I haven't my PC with me .
My advice is: do not press Reboot Recovery option in CMW recovery when you already delete all from your phone .
And rather change rom when your PC is available and ready to work. Just in case

That should be common sense, but I guess it's true what they say about common sense eh. This is why it's recommended to just unlock the bootloader, if you want to root to install custom kernels, ROMs etc then you might as well just go all out and unlock it in the first place.
In all my time here at XDA having owned an X10 and the Arc I've only ever seen one instance of a Phone being well and truly bricked so with those kind of stats I don't grasp why People don't just unlock their bootloader from the off.

Your right to a degree, but you have to remember its other things like hardware that can be damaged due to overclocking etc..
So it isn't just bricking you have to worry about.

In my country Xperia Arc S is rather expensive ;-(
The only reason why my phone still has locked bootloader is warranty/guarantee.
According to my little knowledge it is impossible to lock bootloader again with all settings as in hm... 'original', not modified phone?
so the main point is what? i don't really understand, so you did brick the phone/send it to phantom zone while doing those you mention above?

Everything you need to fix it in here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1955248
You can use the ICS you find under "If you can't get it to work (stuck on Sony logo), then flash this in flash tool " in section 2.
For anyone using clockworkmod recoveries, the amazing people behind CWM have brought our device up to speed with their latest official release of 6.0.2.5
You can grab the recoveries (normal or touch) here:

There's no need to wipe your battery stats. It's more a Myth than an improvement.
Not wipe battery stats anymore ?
i liked it not same old time there is 2 mode for backup one is tar that what i love to use always the other is dupe mode. defeult is tar so it's enough for me.

No, it's useless. Batterystats.bin file gets recreated everytime you fully charge your phone or something like that

I hear this all the time, and it's just not true. I was getting horrible battery life for about 3-4 weeks. The other day I reverted back to cwm 6010 so I could wipe my battery stats....then I reflashed cwm 6019. since then, my battery life has increased from about 6 hours in standby to about 18...and I haven't installed or removed any apps, changed any settings in any apps, made any kernel changes or anything. I've literally left my phone alone completely, with the exception of voice calls and text messaging...but only communication...no settings. The only variable was the wipe battery stats option.
I don't know what it does or why it works for me, it just does. I remember the android employee's statement about how the battery stats option was useless, etc...I've seen the studies and read the discussions. I just see different evidence, pointing to a different conclusion in my own personal experience

Ah thats not good,i suppose you dont have a Nandroid either? i suggest you do a nandroid backup right now, format data & cache and try rebooting. If it still doesnt work , your /System partition may be corrupt. best to go with the above mentioned post by klebengan which would return you back to stock.
Mind you, in both cases you would lose your data. so do a nandroid right now, atleast wou would have a chance to extract important data later once you are up and running again.
BTW, This is the wrong place for this thread, it should be in Q & A and i m pretty sure there would be similar or related posts

ok, thanks for the tip but I tried to even follow the Klebengan post but the main problem is that I am not even able to go to the download mode with the volume key up and Plugin in the usb cable.
I have the flash tool and the kdz file but as i said I am not able to go to the download mode so I am not able to use the LG flash tool also.
If somebody can help me with the steps of transfering the zip file in to the phone memory I can atleast try to install the custom rom once the phone goes on and starts than I may try to flash with the kdz file.
pls help

Thankyou my friend but I just got my phone replaced.
Is there anyway that i can auto-rotate TWRP ??
Im using TWRP with multirom ..
Unfortunately my digitizer broke and the navigation area is not working.. ( Temporarily i'm managing the phone with full auto-rotation from gravity-box )
MAIN problem is im unable to use the "Swipe to flash" area in TWRP because of the broken digitizer..
I planned to use CWM but im afraid of loosing multirom..
So guys please suggest me about auto-rotation in TWRP or any other alternative idea to flash in MULTIROM..

Nope i didnt .. but i dont think TWRP has an auto-rotation.. if at all it existed at-least 1 would have suggested among the 100 views..
Try flashing CWM (non-touch) or PhilZ recovery, they might work for you... they use the Vol and Power buttons to perform recovery functions. It is simple to install or switch even if the screen is not working, you can do it through fastboot with a single command...
fastboot flash recovery cwmrecoveryimage.img
of course, substitute the actual recovery image file name.
EDIT: Nevermind... I didn't see you were using MultiROM until it was too late, I should probably read more thoroughly before replying.
