I have to go into system settings and under Date/Time manually configurate date/time. But when I restart the phone, I lost all date/time settings again...Every time I restart the phone a different date/time are set by system.

Did you try to check "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone" under the "date & time" sub-menu in the settings menu?
If you did tried, try performing "Factory data reset" under the "Backup & reset" sub-menu in the settings menu, and then try rebooting into CWM recovery and select "wipe data/factory reset", and "Wipe Dalvik Cache".
If that won't work either, try performing all the above + "format /system", and the reflash CM 10.1.

hello i want hard reset mt pocket pc please give my the step and thnx
"pocket pc" XD
Settings > Privacy Settings > Factory Data Reset - That's for FroYo, I think it's different for earlier versions, just poke around for "factory reset".
Also if you're rooted and have a custom recovery image, it's best to use the wipe option in recovery, then, if available wipe cache and dalkiv cache.
Just for fun..

Problem with 'More Settings' on S III since JellyBean 4.1.1

Hi all,
I have installed Jelly Bean 4.1.1 on my S III and since then I cannot get to the 'More Settings' menu under the main 'Settings' menu which is a big problem for me as I cannot activate my Wi-Fi Hotspot which I need!
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, apart from a factory reset, what can I do?
I also need to get to the GPRS/3G setting which is under this menu.
When I press the button it freezes and a few seconds later comes up with 'Sorry, 'Settings' has expectedly stopped'
It is a S III on 3 (UK)
Help?
Thanks!

No problems on UK unbranded, did you do clean install?
Root, go into cwm recovery. Clear cache, user data, advanced, clear dalvic cache, fix permissions reboot

depends on what is causing problem
wipe cache
toggle airplane mode
change mobile network settings/system select to automatic
battery & data manager/ data delivery/'data enabled' should be checked
if that doesn't fix
wipe data, and/or flash sbf

I think you need to do full reflash...
I mean HERE.
Go to recovery menu, wipe data and cache + dalvik cache. Pull out battery, put it back, turn your phone to DOWNLOAD mode.
use PIT from that link, use Odin (for me worked very well 3.09 version) and... I don't know, try. This method should work
Ohh, and also, How I upgraded:
0. Am on 9505 model
1. I used pit file (re-partition)
2. used
Germany DBT (October 2013) (firmware with Enforcing SELinux. SECURED BOOTLOADER WILL BE FLASHED, NO DOWNGRADE)
PDA: I9505XXUEMJ5
CSC: I9505OXAEMJ5
MODEM: I9505XXUEMJ5
Version 4.3
3. Did what I said - wipe data, cache, dalvik cache... same method.
For me works, but I only see few text lines at every boot (but they don't change anything, I just ignore them. I added photo so you can preview
You wiped dalvik and cache, so that means you didn't do a system/data wipe? Try that first.

Sorry i didn't understand your question...
This is what I did:
I wiped user data
I wiped cache
I wiped dalvik cache (under advanced)
and that's what i've done in recovery menu
P.s. I didn't give you instructions (even it looks like LIST) but it's not... Or do you need step-by-step instructions? Huh.. am too lazy but if you really need I can write, just tell me what

Hey, DId you resolve this issue? I'm facing this on my Moto G.

Wipe data / Factory reset missing from Recovery!

Hi, I have a number of A40 Enterprise edition (SM-A405FZKDU07) devices to look after. On one of them, which a user had locked with a pin then forgotten (and hadn't registered it on Intune properly), when I go into the recovery menu, I do not see a "Wipe Data / Factory reset" option. Does anyone know why this will be - and more importantly how to get it back please? Thanks in advance!
