Hey guys, I just rooted my s4 and I downloaded NoBloat to start getting rid of some bloatware. After this was completed and restarted my phone, my lockscreen is blank now. The greeting and time/date are gone. Any ideas of what I need to reinstall to get it back. Thanks!

I had a rooted S4 running stock ROM. Unfortunately, I STUPIDLY did the MK3 update without really thinking about it or researching it. As expected, it got rid of my root ability. Only after that did I find out that I couldn't reroot yet. So here's my question. I've used root explorer to see if the Superuser apk is still showing in the system/app directory, which it isn't. So I uninstalled the Superuser apk that was still showing in my applications list (do updates automatically move the apk to a non-system directory?) and restarted my phone. Unfortunately, the "Custom" logo is still showing on the boot screen. Does anyone know of a way to get rid of that? I'm sure root will be reestablished sometime in the future, but I'd hate to have something happen to my phone that required repair and me still have the "Custom" thing showing.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I tried to go on chrome and it keeps making aw snap pages and anything on phone that connects to the internet now just crashes right away. Is there any fix? WHAT DO I DO?:crying:
I use a Galaxy Note 3 I9505 which is rooted with towelroot. I have SuperSU and XPosed installed. Since yesterday I noticed that the statusbar icon colors that I'd changed using XBlast (Alarm, WIFI , time etc...) had gone back to default white color. Today I checked Xposed and it said there was a new update available so I went to Install/Update and the phone rebooted. Since that restart, I always get a popup "Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped" and if I press OK it comes back again. The homescreen background keeps changing colors from blue to black during these popups. Nothing happens when I touch icons ... the popup keeps coming back. And if the screen goes locked its completely dark and I cant see anything until I remove the battery and turn on again.
Please help asap ..

Deactivate and clear data for all your Xposed Modules and reinstall your Xposed Framework.
There should be an Xposed-Disabler.zip on your sdcard, flash that in recovery using the Install update option so that you can access the above.
I can't click on any icons ... swiping doesnt do anything ... the popup keeps coming back and all I can click is "ok" on the popup
Sorry I'm new to these things.. could you please explain the steps on how to go into and recovery and what should be done?

Try this: https://seo-michael.co.uk/how-to-disable-xposed-installer/
You could always factory reset in recovery.
To get to recovery on your device...hold down Power + Vol Up + Home, when fully powered off.
Thanks, I thought factory reset was the best option and it works fine now.
Just wondering, is the phone still rooted after a factory reset?

If SuperSU is installed in /system, yes it is. If not just reinstall and it's all good.
(Please note I'm new here, if you need more information just tell me. Thanks.)
OK so I just rooted my SM-G530W through Heimdall with CF-Auto Root and everything went well, until i unlocked my phone screen. I kept getting the error "Unfortunetely, TouchWiz has stopped." Luckily, I have multiple launchers installed, so i just got into the settings menu from the status bar. However I keep getting the errors for default applications Stopping like "Contacts Storage", "Download Manager", etc. and my phone vibrates two tone (it just 'beep' 'beep's, to describe it.)
Other weird stuff like notifying me of adblock plus and root checker granted superuser access every two seconds.
Any Help? Greatly appreciated
