Hey guys,
I'm on latest cm10.1 nightly with faux beta 6 kernel. Can't get Google wallet to work. I downloaded it from play store, but when I try to first Setup it automatically FC's.
Update:
Fixed problem, had to download 4.2 apk off site instead of from play store. Now it works

Does anyone of you managed to get the Google Wallet running on the Find 5?
I could install the apk but when i run the app, i stuck at "Setting up Wallet, this may take up to 5 minutes".
Any suggestions?

Flash the Google-Apps then use Play Store to install Facebook. Google Maps is a part of the GApps.
other app store
Try downloading the .apk file from the internet ex. Facebook.apk or try other app store like apptoide or amazon store

I'd avoid random websites that host apps. Amazon Appstore is really good, though, if you don't want to use GApps packages.
Perhaps installing gapps first then extracting the apk

Does anyone know why the Google Maps APK files for version 7.7 and above no longer can be installed on the HDX? I'm using ES File Explorer (latest version 3.1.3) to do the install and I get:
Parse Error
There was an error parsing the package.
Funny thing is the same package can be installed using the same app on my GS3. Is there an OS or Play Service dependency?
Wouldn't be surprised... YouTube stopped working on my hdx too...

noticed that too - it's because of the missing google play services, but at least you can downgrade to youtube 5.3.28 and it will work again.
You can find the latest APK's for play services here http://www.xda-developers.com/andro...me-services-update-wallet-fragments-and-more/
Download the latest version of play store, 6.7.07, from here: LINK

Why is it jar?

It's a system app extension, google release patches to .jar instead. So you place it where ever you find the same .jar file and use the same permissions
It was an apk for me
