I think this is related to the camera bug as it happens to me too. Im using a different flashlight app (teslaled)

im change tiny flashlight and it's working ,, galaxy s4 need more updates :/
Happened to me only once iwth TeslaLED. It was because I enabled a shortcut to it from Home 2 Shortcut.

Any other app? because when i put this app into auto mode & play Temple Run game, My game start lagging, and when i make it disable, game run smoothly...

I use an app called Rotation Locker which seems to be quite good. Auto is normal and long press auto to rotate home screen and all other apps.

this app is also good even if you have a custom ROM with auto rotation enabled. Because sometimes you just don't want rotate

Hello I have an annoying issue going on.
I set the display light to auto and it keeps dimming all the way down and it doesnt stay on auto. Or if I uncheck auto it dims all the way to where I have to set the slider...
Ive done a few mods ( in the systemUI) like changed the drop down menu to a different color
And when im doing something on an app sometimes the screen just goes back to the home screen.

Are you using power saving mode?
No I dont have the power savings on. I think it stopped. I switched launchers and for the 1/2hr it hasn't done it.

Hi. We recently upgrades two phones to the s4. One black and one white. Both are basically setup the same with GO lockscreen and launcher. The black one doesnt aeem to have problems but the white one will ´hang' or freeze on the lockscreen for about a minute every other time. Already tried hard resetting and wiping cache to see if that would fix anything...oh and also the white one will display the message no room on home screen (?) On the bottom and the oddest times even when im using the xda app
If anyone could let me know how ro fix this or if at this point I should just exchange this one for another...

I'm having the same problem with my GT-I9500. When I lock the screen and then few seconds later when I press the home button the lockscreen freezes for like 30 seconds and then it starts working again. I'm with the Stock ROM.
There shouldn't be any difference since they are the same model with same framework and only the color is different! Are you on stock ROM or a custom ROM? Just asking because maybe something went wrong during the custom ROM installation?
Anyway, I don't see a reason for the problem, and I would just recommend to try restoring the phone to it's original status (i.e. re install the latest stock framework and wipe everything off the phone). It might just work!

I had this problem on the Galaxy S2. It seems to be a problem with Exynos since I don't have this issue on i9505.

I'm using android version 4.3. I noticed that the 'back' key in the navigation bar does not work in some apps. Especially go sms pro and EX dialer. Is anyone facing similar problems as well? Or is it the app itself is causing the glitch?

I have had the same issue in Slimbean rom and crDroid too. Dont know what causes it but I have got this issue rarely.. I just press home and clear the recent apps..nothing to worry though.

Hello I had to use Odin to reflash my phone due to making a mistake
. For whatever reason after rooting and using waman I noticed the flashlight app was missing. If anyone can provide it for me I would greatly appreciate it.
There isn't a flashlight app only a flashlight widget.

I use the Xposed module 'Xposed Torch.' I like it since from the lock screen I can turn it on by long pressing volume up (or home button if you want). No app or widget to put on my home screen. btw, its from Wanam too.

Thank you I can't believe I forgot it was a widget. For some reason the waman flashlight mod was not working. It would keep crashing, eventually after a few reboots the settings for that particular mod would actually load. Everything works now. Thank you for the response to what is now a silly question.
