Tried changing my APN settings.
Have no idea what to do
Any help would be great
Where are you in the world and what network ?
Three uk have major network problems Fir the Internet so if your on 3 is not your phone
Has been down over night and still isn't back
Is across the uk

Hi all,
I'm really happy with my nexus 4 that I brought in November, but every day when i go out and i start using the 3G connection I'm having data drop.... That happens always, if I wanna check Facebook or just using Internet I have to try many times to get the data to work, I have tried stock kernel and now I'm on Franco kernel but seems that nothing works.
So are you having data drops issue? I'm thinking of sending my telephone back for warranty but I don't know if it is just me or if this is happening to all you?

I've been having the same issue. Are you on AT&T? I had them update my IMEI today and the old Cingular APN works consistently but they messed up my data plan, so I'll have to check back tomorrow when I'm back on the HSPA+ APN.

Nop, I brought it in USA trough google play store but I'm living in France I'm on Orange, but I don't know if it's something with the hardware because I already try 2 different companies.
Hello everybody, I live in Italy, returning from a holiday in the US* I bought a nexus 4 from the United States for $ 249, but I have some problems. I noticed that when I'm at home or at the University, the phone has network issues, and I thought it was a problem of compatibility between the American network and the Italian network. Today I noticed that my friend had a gnexus, and in the same place where my nexus 4 shall not had the network , the gnexus could to have network coverage, having also the same telephone operator. Then I typed on the keyboard of both*#*# 4636#*#* to check if everything was set in the same way, and it was. I can not understand why my nexus 4 has difficulty finding the network coverage. I will load some screenshots from gnexus and nexus 4 carried out in the same place. I noticed also a thing, when reloading my n4 with the google orb, in the morning the charge of the phone has never 100% but always around the 97%, because during the night, once arrived to 100% charging goes off, what is the problem ? I had similar issues; I guess you had upgraded to 4.3 version and this is a known bug. After going through various articles, I was able to find quick fix for my phone by changing default parameters to "WCDMA only" from select preferred network type. I feel the radio signals are much better than default settings after using this tweak.
PS: You have to redo this procedure when ever you reboot your phone unless you want to root & go back to original factory build of 4.2.2. There are lot of threads dedicated to this.

Had the LTE mode on network list when I bought it but now after using some custom roms its not there. Cant get 3G network in my home even though other phones get H+ here.
2G network works just fine.
Flashed official firmware through ODIN yesterday. no luck
Any fix?
Need help ASAP.

Have you tried inserting correct APN settings to get Mobile Data back?

Hello all
I finally got myself a Note 3. Domoco SC-01F version.
Good price seems to be because it qont do data in Australia. So I'm hoping its the same hardware and just a firware / modem flash away from full data functionality. Maybe an Optus firmware flash might fix it?
I'd appreciate any words on this process. Especially if its a different radio chip and I'd be wasting my time trying. I hope I didn't get scammed...

I just can't get my 2g working on roaming. Some help here please! I've tried all the APN settings, no use.
Is this an issue with all the ROMS.?? I do not wish to go back to stock but I travel a lot and can't do without the data on roaming.

Which rom are you using? I don't have this problem on stock but i haven't tried any custom rom on roaming.
Sorry for not having mentioned before. My phone is rooted and runs on RR. Resurrection ROM. I've tried using other custom roms too. The same issue persists. I don't want to go back to stock.

Do you have roaming plan? Are you sure the problem persist only in aosp roms? What about the roaming operators? Please, explain in detail.

I have the roaming plan active. Even tried my sim on a friend's cell phone and it works perfect. Yes, I have used AOSP Roms only. Have not tried different roaming operators though, because had just my sim. Trying out different apn settings too.
