HTC LOGO problem solved - One (M7) General

Hi guys, with everyone complaining about the HTC LOGO not being a button,I found a simple solution..it does not require root, nor a kernel, neither a custom Rom.Just plain old Google play and a dollar.
just install swipe home button https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.matthewma.swipe_home from Google play..makes htc logo feel like a button .you can customize it to your likings too.
please note: it's not a path breaking discovery, just a common sense work around to a common problem
..lemme know if I helped

Doesn't work if the black menu bar is showing. For the apps that do work, it's nice.

Buggy rom update,

Hey guys, just updated to CM005 of rachts, and my middle button, is unusable, not even to hold in.
What should I do?
Sent from my X8 using XDA App
I think it's not a bug, the launcher doesn't support the "middle button" as an action to app drawer.. xD
Plz, correct me if i'm wrong..

Sadly this is a widespread problem, and it looks as though Google could care less.
Thank you

I have searched the market and im unable to find the xda app. Is there a new one in the works?? Also if there is, is there a way a Thank You button can be integrated?? Thank you to whom it may concern....

I remember reading something about google market giving them problems on the app. Maybe a billing issue related to the change to google play?

Touch Screen Problem. Doesnt look Hardware Related

I have this problem with my phone. And I dont know if someone has experienced such a problem. The bottom part of the screen doesnt respond in some apps but responds in others. And its not like say it responds in whatsapp today it wont respond for whatsapp next time. If it doesnt respond for a certain app, thats it,it wont respond to that app again no matter what I tried. And I dont think its hardware related. Cause if it was, why would the area that doesnt respond for app A respond to app B. I dont really remember when it started but it started when I was using slimbean rom 4.2.

Its happened to me a couple times. Restart your phone. Also sometimes I couldnt even enter my screen lock pattern because of it lol.
As for mine, a restart doesnt solve the problem. So I am stuck with it. And does it feel like your phones performance has depreciated comparing it to the time you got it. Even if u do overclock it. I dunno but it feels like my phone's performance is really low. Dunno why.

The file doesn't exist. When you open the page and press download it won't because the file has been taken down.
