Sadly this is a widespread problem, and it looks as though Google could care less.

Thank you

Yeah, use the app instead of your browser. App will say android, browser will say mobile.

Then it says Facebook for Android.
EDIT: I stand corrected. Facebook is so silly.
Maybe they changed it?

This is part of the petty google vs facebook fight. FB took out the reference to Android in the app...

My app still says via android... if your going into view profile that puts you through the browser... other than that I would reinstall it. Unless it is different for the nexus

LOL... who cares?
This version of facebook is really ****ed up because:
it always lists messages in "most popular" instead of "lastest news"
this version doesn't display messages from other posters
I finally gave up using app and use browser instead.
Omg this is so frustrating

Clearly it is defective. Return it to your local Sprint store. I understand this is a widespread and well known issue that is covered by warranty.

New Headphones Disconnected toast

Today I noticed that when I unplug my headphones I get a toast saying that it was disconnected.
This thing occurred today so maybe Google did what Sony did and pushed a few modified files over to all the Nexus 4's on stock without any OTA's or anything like nothing happened.
Does anyone with the stock rom get this today?
Go to http://flic.kr/p/fb5Uiy for screenshot.
Cannot upload image to XDA anymore for some reason.

I haven't seen that toast. It could be coming from an app you have installed and not the OS. Perhaps the Zoner AV you have installed.

Your right, It is the Music Tagging app, I just greenified it so it will not occur again.
This is what happens when you think too hard when there is a simple fix.

What hardware buttons?, I am using the Google-all-clean-stock rom.
Bluetooth is off so the icon does not show which is completely normal since Android 1.5.

I never said buttons. On my G1 there use to be a headset icon indicating headphones, I can't recall if my other android devices had it tho. The BT icon was an example to emphasize where hardware based icons go relative to the status bar.

That is Google Music, you can still have that icon without earphones.
That is for changing songs from the notifications bar.

[Q] Help - How to change background color of call options

Good morning everyone, I am new user and just purchase the Nexus 4 ...
I would like to make one question ...
When I get calls a black bar appears with the answer options ... how make to that bar stay transparent? Is there any MOD?
Because I leave most of the contacts with photos in high resolution and then it covers the whole picture.
Thank you
Ha! You read my mind. I was going to ask that question also. Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you, Lu. But if anyone is reading this, and knows of a solution, please answer in this thread
Thanks!

No option but to use a custom ROM or full screen caller id like apps.
Stock ROM is still having this bug.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
got it
Until now this was the only thing that bothered me was that Stock ROM 4.3 ..
Anyone else?
Is it custom ROM specific? Don't recall seeing full screen caller ID on Cyanogen or AOKP

The screen is 1080p, so theoretically, any of the 1080p versions in this thread should work:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2511282
I'm running XDA-Origins on my G2. The back button isn't really visible on one of the screens, I just fished around in the bottom left corner until it went backwards on the menu.
check out holofied theme.. you can download the 1080p version from htc one forums

Dont worry i cant either. Followed directions correctly. Reboot. No changes whatsoever!!
Haha, I couldn't at first, but if you created a theme folder, delete it, just keep the zip the original name not ui, go into recovery and flash, that is how i got mine to working, you might have to press advance then reload theme once.
