When i use maps with v005 to zoom in it's better... That's the only thing i noticed...

I think there is problem with zoom in for 005

Hi, i saw there was no more rom for the wildfire here,did all the dev left wildfire?
Well so this thread is to vote rom you want and the rom will be make for the wildfire.
I make an Idroid rom , i will upload it next holidays.

I also want an MIUI ICS rom! Never tried it becoz of the bugs! Would love a bug-less ICS Rom or atleast close to a stable one! =)

You can try KoolSense I think it is the closest to we can get.

koolsense needs a lot of resizing and what's more there was wifi, bt and gps problem as far i remember :3 willy is to slow for sense 2.1 probably ):

Is not to slow, it can even run Ics rom and miui rom.The only bug is that nobody work on an sense 2.1 rom for daily use.We have to make another port from another device and resize the rom again to get an fully working rom.It take a lot time but if we do that together it will be faster.

i don't mean to be rude to you now but why don't you start working on it now? if you state that is possible to do then try to find device from which you can port and resize if it will be successful then i'm sure other devs will help you

Apart from an MIUI ICS ROM, I would also love to have Sense 3.5 based ROM! I searched all over the internet and could find only a few which were full of major bugs! So would love that also! =)

Why don't we try to port a sense 3.5 rom based on cm7. I wil try to help but I am only a noob!

maybe KoolSavas will help he ported sense 2.1 and he's good in doing this stuff sense 3.5 also would be great, but i think that faster jb will be used as daily rom as sense 3.5

I have found this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1564495&highlight=port. It is sense 3.5 and the known bugs are:
-Wi-Fi (rallapag working on it!), GPS, BT doesn't work.
-Everything needs resizing Need help with that .
-You tell me.
But there might be more so i will test as soon as I can but if someone could test it too we can try to fix it to perfection.

Have u tried minicm9 by Jordfaz ?

hello friends i have red about windows phone for willy but it's impossible. So i have decided to cook cm7 and make it look like wp7 what do you think about it? i began to work on it yesterday just for me, but if you would like to see results and test it, then please write here i hope that i'm not only one willy user who like tiles :3

Oops sorry first i searched for a dialer but then i landed there and i didn't rememdered that u searched for a dialer :laugh:

Mhmm...if i would do a fully themed CM rom then everything should look like WP i would just include the WP dialer.

okay, i will try do it with only wp7 dialer i want to say it will be my first modification so probably not everything will work but i have to try

sorry for that what i say now but i have little complication with time ); firstly i said that i will release my cooked cm7 on wednesday but date probably will change. for safe i think on friday rom should be on forum a lot of learning from some time because exams are going to begin and also i have tried to repair my ipod touch but with no effect unfortunately. now i can focus on android (; of course i will try to release it on wednesday but just to be honest i would like let you know it can be friday :3

i think that there will be only one live tile- contacts tile. i'm thinking how to make more live tiles but have no idea so far ): maybe using animations instead of pictures?? anybody tried it with launcher 7 or other one?

[OS]Request ubuntu touch

howdy z1 owners, as an open source and linux fan i whould love to see ubuntu touch 2.0 ported to the z1, the new version should support dualbooting with android so basicly it's a free playground to test things and then go back to fully working android when you need it.
i use ubuntu as my daily driver on my laptop and have some experiance with terminal commands and compiling things from source, but i have no development experience or skills.
if anyone is whilling to join me i whould really love to try and get a port working on z1,i know @krabappel2548 did one for the xperia z a while back.
i could help with testing and log cats, since i don't have a lot of free time to learn and try make the porting myself for now, university is a great time consumer.

First off all there was a request for this a while ago and I worked on it for a while. But there were too many compiling issies.
Secondly: Ubuntu touch porting is still with cm10.1 device trees, which have absolutely no Snapdragon S800 support and aren't even present for our Z1..
So it won't happen soon before Ubuntu shifts to cm11.0 device trees, which is one of their plans. If that happens I'll maybe try porting it again.

No nothing changed. Real life problems are better but I'm sick of some people and things on xda so I won't do anything for now, just be a spectator and watch. If I want to make something I'll do it for personal use for now.
