I noticed that there isn't a lot of Aokp linaro customized roms! Only rootbox and orca! Why isn't more Aokp code customized roms?

It is very optimized. Instead of using the term Linaro, AOKP uses PUB, or "Project Unicorn Butter." You can find these PUB builds for Nexus devices here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2146885 , courtesy of the Great and Powerful Bigxie.

Can someone compile/or port this ROM to the nexus 4 because klin has updated it to 4.2? It is like Revolt or ROM toolbox but it also has paranoid hybrid settings. I'm pretty sure a lot of n4 users would want it.

Klin can't because he does not own the device

Is it just the kernel from the stock rom?

A reset kernel is normally referred to as your roms stock kernel. So if your running stock then yes. If your running a custom ROM e.g slimbean then its slimbeans stock kernel.

My understanding is the OFFICIAL CM10.2 does not support native SIP. The CM10.2 official developer (romracer) does have a dialer/SIP enabled UNOFFICIAL version which he occasionally rebuilds and distributes. I do not understand why dialer/SIP can not be added to the OFFICIAL CM10.2.
I personally have been building UNOFFICIAL CM10.2 based on romracer's OFFICIAL version, but which includes the dialer/SIP.

I tried franco kernel and a couple other one's so far all i get is my screen displaying negative colors and flickering... I always picked 4.4 kernels and im on liquidsmooth... What am i doing wrong ??...

Can't remember if liquidsmooth is based on cm or aosp. Either way the kernel your trying to flash will be a caf kernel on a aosp rom or the other way round.
For cm based roms flash a caf kernel.
For aosp based roms flash a stock or aosp kernel.

Just checked for you and with liquidsmooth you need to flash a none caf kernel.
So if the kernel has the word caf on the opening page , don't flash it.
Franco kernel has both caf and none caf , search for the latter.

Slight correction.. I'm using liquidsmooth.. It requires cm caf kernel. I'm using ak kernel from original dev section and the battery is awesome. Check it out.
