Nexus 7 & 4EXT

Just wondering if I could use 4EXT on my Nexus 7 or if I have to use CMW???
Thanks in advance!
As far as I know the dev has not added support for the Nexus 7 yet. So no support =do not flash it.
I use 4Ext on my G2 and I love it, so hopefully it will get support. Send the developer an email and ask. Right now CWM seems to be the only option.
TWRP is also supported

[Q] how do you upgrade a nightly (cyanogenmod)

hi guys, i don't have enough posts to post in the development section yet!
So i'm making my thread here. I'm curious as to how to upgrade cyanogenmod 10 nightlies on the lx nexus 4 without erasing any of your data or apps you have installed. is this possible?
just install it.
Please read the stickies and don't post this in the development forum.

You should read through the cyanogen thread, and if you ever have questions do a search on the forums before posting a question because it's probably already been answered.
Make a backup of your apps with another app like Titanium backup in the playstore. Or another app that will backup and restore your apps.
When you upgrade your ROM your saved items will stay on the emulated sdcard on your phone, so your backed up apps will stay on there.
If you have to wipe everything on your phone someday, just transfer your backups to your desktop.
Read this root guide, the second post will tell you about backups.

I highly recommend you download Cyandelta for using CM Nightlies, you'll be downloading 8-20MB instead of ~150MB. Using it's openrecovery script it can auto install via TWRP, too.

Nexus 4 Driver binery

So how do you guys build since google pulled the nexus 4 bineries?
Anyone have a link to download them somewhere?
I have been dying to start developing but I want a safe place to download them.

Why not just use the flash able zip files? You don't need to use the Ubuntu installer

i know this
but i have another question
and i wanna know if it s possible or not
if possible > How?
so don't suggest another way
So you don't want to install it but just figure out how to add a repo properly. Gotcha. Maybe you should try the backtrack forums
